“Milagros kept our room clean through out our stay. The Level service was great. It would have been nice if the level where the sun is so we could have enjoyed the heat. Also the TV could have shown football, which was only available at the bar . Location and the view of the Plaza de Espanol was lovely. “You only truly understand how good a company is when you encounter serious difficulties. Just before our holiday, my son was unexpectedly admitted to hospital, and I contacted Meliá to explain the situation. I was put in touch with Luis Ramos Suárez, who was incredibly understanding and compassionate. He went far above and beyond what could reasonably be expected to ensure that our holiday could still go ahead smoothly and without any added stress at a very difficult time.
