This inherited symphony of tradition, colours, aromas, and flavors will start with an enchanting route led by a local chef, through narrow streets that captivated the most romantic. A surprising city with incredible lookout towers and a “Phoenician Port” that house the bustling Central Food Market with its friendly vendors, where we can learn first-hand about the freshest most extraordinary products of Cadiz cuisine, especially those from daily fishing. After a suggestive tasting session, we will visit the host's restaurant in a select group to discover his secret recipe and experience the art of preparing a traditional dish.

The day will culminate in a lunch paired with premium wines from the Jerez de la Frontera region.
