We stayed at Melia KL from the 4th to 6th of March 2026. - The location is great, very close to Bukit Bintang, perfect for shopping and food spree ! :) - The front desk team is very welcoming, courteous and efficient - Our room was big, city view, clean, exactly what we needed for 2 nights - On our last day, on the evening before catching our taxi to KLIA I had food poisonning and was sick in the lobby. The team took care of me, especially the lady on the evening shift, who made sure I was okay and brought me warm water. I can not thank you enough for that <3 very much appreciated. My only negative points are : - Room service is not organized. We ordered food at 10.30pm, 2 club sandwiches, 1 plain and 1 without bacon and eggs. They told food would be served within 30min max. We waited more than 1hr to receive cold food (which is ok for the sandwich but not for the fries) and one sandwich without chicken. Very disappointing... - The television is small and outdated, malfuctioning which is disappointing when you need background noise or want to check out the news.

Room aircon is not strong. Mr Bruce (front desk staff) brought me to at least 3 rooms and surprisingly all got weak aircon. KL is humid to have weak aircons. However, I will like to commend Mr Bruce for this professionalism and patience in executing his duties.

I stayed at Melia for 4 nights while taking my child for treatment at Gleneagles KL. The location is quite convenient—just an 8–10 minute Grab ride. It’s strategically situated directly opposite Berjaya Times Square, making it very easy to find food for my child. However, above all else, what made our stay truly enjoyable was Solaiman, our housekeeper, who always kept our room impeccably clean and attentive. He is also very friendly and ensures that we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. Solaiman deserves a raise, dear Melia KL Management.

We are delighted to be returning to Melia Kuala Lumpur to stay again as the service and location is always spot on. Staff of Melia always impresses us especially Ms.Tati, Mr.Agilan, and Mr Amerul who always made us feel more than welcome to be "home" in KL. Our housekeeping attendant Mr.Fallan has always ensured our room is cleaned quickly and neatly knowing we will always return early to rest. He checks on us to make sure we have all we need in our room to be comfortable. Thank you Melia Kuala Lumpur for making my family and I feel more than comfortable. Chris Room 1408 26-30 March 2026
