“The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and a great layout for families. The kids’ facilities are a real highlight — the water park is amazing, and our children loved it. The Kidsdom at Paradisus Grand Cana (Fun Republic & kids club) is fantastic, well-organized, and full of engaging activities. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. Most of it was honestly inedible. The only restaurant that was somewhat enjoyable was Sal, but even that fell short of expectations for a resort of this level. This is an area that seriously needs improvement. Another issue we noticed was cleanliness — a lot of the furniture around the resort felt quite dirty, which took away from the otherwise luxury feel. That said, what truly made our stay special — and the reason we are leaving a 5-star review — was our concierge, Omar. He went completely above and beyond for our family, from arranging restaurant reservations to surprising our kids with thoughtful gifts. His level of care and attention was exceptional and made a huge difference to our experience. He is, without question, the main reason we are rating this stay so highly. We also want to recognize Joanna at the kids club reception, who was wonderful — warm, helpful, and great with the children. Overall, we would realistically rate the resort around 3.5–4 stars, but Omar’s outstanding service elevates this to 5 stars for us. The resort has huge potential, but improvements in food quality and cleanliness are definitely needed.”See more reviews
