Our Destination Inclusive® experience is available to guests at no extra cost: workshops with local artisans, private cooking classes with a chef, personalised yoga classes by a crystal clear cenote, and much more. All of this, embraced by our luxurious All Inclusive.

Dominican Mofongo – A Taste of Local Tradition

Discover the authentic flavors of the Dominican Republic with this exclusive dining experience for Family Concierge guests. Learn how to prepare mofongo, one of the country’s most iconic dishes, using traditional local ingredients. In a relaxed and interactive setting, families will enjoy a hands-on activity while exploring the cultural roots of this delicious recipe. A flavorful and enriching experience that brings local heritage straight to your table.

Terms and conditions

The Destination Inclusive® experience is designed for individual reservations only and is not applicable for groups. Additional terms may apply and will be communicated upon arrival at the hotel. Contact your Destination Concierge to coordinate the excursion. Subject to change and availability.

• Exclusive activity for Family Concierge guests.
• Transportation from the hotel to the excursion site is scheduled at 8:45 a.m. and will depart from the motor lobby on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
• This experience immerses you in the local culture through traditional décor, cuisine, and selected activities. Guests will explore the processes behind the production of cacao, coffee, coconut oil, and more.
• Upon arrival, our valued Family Concierge guests will be briefed on the activity by their designated Destination Concierge.
• You will be accompanied by both an activity monitor and a concierge throughout the excursion.
• The experience lasts approximately 3 hours, offering a fun-filled and enriching journey.
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and applying sunscreen. Guests are also encouraged to have breakfast or a light snack before departure.
• For added comfort, each guest will receive a lunch box with water.
• Reservations must be made through the Destination Concierge assigned to each guest.
• A minimum of 15 participants is required, with a maximum of 50, to ensure a personalized experience.
• Activities will be grouped by age to ensure age-appropriate attractions for all participants.
• Please note that this activity is subject to change and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
