The signature dish

The best tamale casserole in Havana is served at the El Barracón restaurant at the Tryp Habana Libre hotel. Tender Creole corn is ground and then cooked with pork, chilli, onion, garlic and other seasonings that we challenge you to guess. The result? A sublime dish which you will want to repeat over and over again.

Everyone will love it. Our spaces can be adapted to host business dinners, incentive groups or groups of friends to enjoy the best Cuban cuisine and refreshing cocktails. The restaurant also has a private room for 10 people.
