Nice hotel.

Rooms clean and efficient, cleaning well done clean towels provided. Staff happy to help and smiley and polite. Good location to beach shops bars. The food was very good - the salads available impressive. If you have a problem they offer solutions so I have no complaints there. The whole place has had a refit it is done to a high standard and is modern and bright. Hotel good for young kids but boring for teens. There is some sort of drainage problem as there’s a smell of sewage throughout the lobby and reception sometimes which was disgusting. We unfortunately all came down with a terrible sickness and diarrhoea bug. I had a similar experience in Ibiza at an all inclusive once before. Violent sickness terrible diarrhoea a feeling of weakness dizzy head sore neck. Mine was on day 3. Then 3 days later all others had it. They could say others bring the bugs in. My criticism is the on entering the restaurant there should be hand gel available and it should be compulsory to use or you can’t go in. People lie on sunbeds sweating, scratching their bits, don’t wash their hands then go to the buffet.

I had a fantastic stay at Sol Arona Tenerife in Los Cristianos and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, shops, and plenty of great restaurants and bars. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel itself offers excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views from the balcony. The daily housekeeping was very reliable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area spacious, with plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to relax during the day. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, so there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day. Buen hotel en general, nuevo aún faltan cosas por acabar. Nos tocó una habitación con vista al mar, todo perfecto, con vistas muy bonitas y muy tranquila (planta 11). Das Hotel ist renoviert worden, die Zimmer sind tatsächlich sehr schön und auch sehr groß. Die Animation haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten. Allerdings gibt es noch reichlich Luft nach oben, z.B. das Restaurant hat den Charme einer Mensa, ungemütlich und laut. Die Speisen sind teilweise kalt und wenig abwechslungsreich. Hier ist man weit vom Melia Standard entfernt. Das Hotel wird überwiegend von britischen Gästen gebucht, was aber nicht störend ist.
