Hemos pasado el fin de semana en el hotel con nuestras hijas de 4 y 8 años. El hotel es ideal para familias. El área de las piscinas es amplia y también hay una zona de piscinas con toboganes para niños en la parte de abajo. En el check in nos atendió Gori que fue muy amable y explicó todo muy bien. La habitación estaba limpia como todo el hotel en general. Gracias a los animadores Carlos, Cristian, Nacho, Ana ,Sofia y al resto del equipo porque aunque nuestra estancia fue corta mis hijas lo pasaron muy bien ya que todos son muy simpáticos y con mucha energía. También destacar el trabajo de restaurante y cocina que no podían parar ni un segundo ya que el restaurante estaba lleno. Gracias a Borja de calidad por preocuparse de que todo estuviera bien. The WiFi did not work for most of our stay, which was very frustrating—especially when travelling with children and needing access for entertainment, planning activities, and staying in touch. We reported the issue, but it was not resolved during our holiday. On a positive note, the hotel is quite child-friendly.

Came here 2 years ago with my partner and child probably the best family hotel we’ve been to staff and service are excellent and the evening entertainment was always different which is great have re booked for this year and can not wait
