We arrived in Barcelona during a strike. As a result, we couldn’t find our luggage. Thanks to Jonathan, who went the extra mile to communicate relentlessly with Lufthansa for two days, we were able to get our luggage before going on the cruise that we have been looking forward to for months. Without his help, I think we would have had to go on the cruise without our luggage. He recommended a good restaurant where we had an amazing lunch and a very nice leather shop where I bought a beautiful jacket for a very good price. Marta from the reception is also amazing. When, for some unknown reason, I couldn’t make a payment with my credit card, she patiently tried to help me find a solution. Check-in took a long time, and there was not a moment that she was impatient, on the contrary, she genuinely cared about how tired we were after a very long flight and tried to make sure we could rest while solving the problem. Eric always greeted us with a big smile and inquired about the status of our luggage. The only downside was being surprised by a €75 charge for airport waiting time due to our lost luggage. While I expected some extra fees, the specific amount wasn't mentioned beforehand. It would be better if the hotel informed guests of these rates in advance. Quando vado a barcellona e ci vado molto spesso soggiorno sempre in questo hotel bellissimo. La sua posizione è fantastica in piano centro della citta,l’hotel ha camere bellissime e grandi. Voglio far presente che tutte le volte che vado in questo hotel la signorina EMMA del guest ecperience vip service è un ounto di forza per tutta la struttura perche è molto professionale,educata,gentile,e sempre disponibile e soprattutto sa tutto (e parlo di me) delle richieste che faccio sempre in hotel e puntualmente non devo mai richiedere niente perche tutti i miei confort al mio arrivo sono gia stati indicati. Grazie davvero emma!! Inoltre Ci sono dei ristoranti buonissimi. A presto

Absolutely loved my stay here! The environment was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were beyond humble and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, and room service was just as impressive—quick, efficient, and high quality. The restaurant served delicious food that exceeded my expectations, and the surrounding area was just as wonderful.
