A Fantastic Family Getaway at Paradisus Grand Cana We recently returned from our March Break vacation at Paradisus Grand Cana in Punta Cana, and it was a truly memorable experience for our family - two girls, 8 and 5. If you are looking for a resort that balances high-end relaxation with genuine family fun, this is a top-tier choice. The Resort & Grounds The resort is beautiful and very well manicured. The pool area has a very welcoming vibe, serving as a great central hub for the day. For a change of scenery, the kids’ water park was a huge treat and a massive hit with our girls. The beach was absolutely gorgeous—pristine sand and water that was very easy to swim in. We were also relieved to find that Sargassum was not an issue during our stay; the beach was kept in stunning condition. Exceptional Service: Family Concierge The Family Concierge service was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. Our concierge, Onil Musseb, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment he connected with us on day one, he ensured we had zero worries. Onil was: - Proactive: He kept us informed about daily activities and handled all our dinner reservations. - Helpful: He seamlessly organized our transportation back to the airport. - Professional: Patient, consistent, and incredibly friendly. We would strongly recommend the concierge service—and Onil specifically—to anyone looking to elevate their stay. - Dining Experiences The Buffet: Truly delicious with a vast array of options. We never had a bad experience here. Nespresso Coffee Shop: This was a fantastic mid-day treat for both us and the girls. A huge plus for caffeine lovers! Poolside Restaurant: We appreciated the slower pace here. While the buffet was great, it could feel a bit rushed, so eating by the pool was a nice way to decompress. The A La Cartes & Beach Dining: To be honest, the a la carte restaurants were more about the ambience than the food itself. Similarly, while the Beach Restaurant offered a spectacular view, the food was a bit disappointing. The Bars: The bar service was a bit on the slower side. Since there weren't physical drink menus, it was hard to know exactly what was available at first. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating; after a quick search for common tropical drinks, the bartenders were happy to make whatever we requested and even explored new options with us. They also made great non-alcoholic versions for the girls. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you're looking to "party hard" or keep the drinks flowing quickly. Entertainment & Fun The addition of Fun Republic, the amusement park attached to the compound, was wonderful. It’s open from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and our girls loved it so much we went twice. We strongly encourage a visit! Throughout the day, the resort kept us busy with social events, crafts, and various exercise classes. The evening shows were equally entertaining, ensuring the whole family stayed engaged and happy. Accommodations Our room was clean, well-appointed, and impressively spacious. Even with the family, it never felt small or cramped. It served as the perfect, comfortable retreat after a long day in the sun. Overall: Despite some hits and misses with the formal dining, the combination of incredible service from Onil, the beautiful grounds, and the endless entertainment made this a fantastic March Break. We would definitely return!

Etna Delva and Jhorlennys at Gin Ger were fantastic. Outstanding cocktails and wonderful personalities. They are perfect and so appreciated. Thank you !
