Paradisus by Meliá Bali

My favorite resort in Bali—and truly because of the people. We’ve been coming to Bali for over 10 years, often with our kids, and this resort keeps us coming back. It’s beautiful and has kept its authentic Bali character even after the renovation—but what really makes this place special is the team. The kids club is incredible, and it’s all thanks to Sesih and Maria. They are absolutely exceptional—so warm, personable, and genuinely caring. They connect with each child so naturally and are amazing with different personalities. As a parent, what stood out most is how safe and well cared for my kids felt, while still having so much fun. My kids constantly wanted to be at the club or roasting marshmallows on the beach with them—that says everything. I also want to highlight Aris at Kanna restaurant. He went above and beyond for our family—attentive, kind, and so patient with my kids. He made every meal feel easy and enjoyable, which is not always the case when dining with children! This resort is special because of people like Sesih, Maria, and Aris. They are the reason we will keep coming back. We truly can’t wait to return.

nginep disini selama 2 hari 2 malam pelayanan dari awal cukup oke para staff nya jg ramah, tapi pas maim ke playground, aduh itu petugasnya bener², anak² lg main bola disuruh beresin karna lempar bola padahal nanti kalo udah selesai main bakal diberesin, ini pegang ini pegang itu langsung disuruh dirapiin maaf ya jadi gak nyaman gini, maaf namanya tempat bermain pasti berantakan karna dimainin kalo ga boleh dimainin mending dipajang ajasi😅

Started our stay with a warm welcome from Surya, who greeted us with a coconut with our names on it and a sweet welcome message—such a simple touch, but it really made us smile. We stayed 4 nights at The Reserve for our honeymoon, and honestly, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Surya made everything feel easy—he even helped us arrange our first dinner and took the time to walk us through all the activities and facilities around the hotel, which made us feel comfortable right away. Throughout our stay, the facilities were great—clean, well-maintained, and just really enjoyable overall. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even better. Afternoon tea and cocktail hour quickly became our favorite part of the day. We found ourselves looking forward to it every single day—it felt like a little daily treat. We also really enjoyed Sante Restaurant. Since it’s exclusive to The Reserve guests, it felt more private and relaxed. The atmosphere was great, and special thanks to Arta, Darma, Rika, Resti, and Eky, who were always so friendly and attentive—it made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt really well taken care of during our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended 😊

I found paradise at Paradisus by Melia Bali. Saya menginap bersama keluarga dan bayi. Fasilitas sangat lengkap. Mulai dari: - playground untuk anak2 (ada yang dekat pantai dan dekat kids pool) - teenager club (bowling, billiard, board games, dll) - kids pool lengkap dengan perosotan (ada 3) - sport: padel, tennis, basket ball, mini soccer untuk anak2A - penyewaan sepeda atau fun bike, wajib sewa sepeda buat sepedaan di pantai belakang - gym Makanan enak2, favorit kami Tokimeku (japanese), Malva (nasional & international), room servicenya juga oke ( wajib coba Bakmie Yogyakarta ) dan kopi petani Kamar juga luas dan sangat nyaman, hanya sedikit saran untuk bagian pintu kamar sebaiknya ditambahkan door stopper agar mempermudah tamu dan staf hotel membawa barang yang besar seperti koper dan stroller bayi Staf hotel juga sangat ramah dan sopan. Terima kasih kepada Miss Evi yang menjelaskan informasi fasilitas hotel dengan lengkap saat check in. Juga kepada Tude (staf Kanna restauran) yang cekatan, informatif dan ramah, anak saya jadi mudah akrab dengan Tude. Secara umun saya dan keluarga sangat puas menginap di Paradisus by Melia Bali. Sekarang menjadi pilihan utama kami menginap untuk area Nusa Dua.
