“Dieses Hotel verdient definitiv das Prädikat „besonders“. Die Lage ist einfach außergewöhnlich auf einem Berg in der schönen toskanischen Landschaft. Gleichzeitig muss man aber auch feststellen, dass die Location außergewöhnlich abgelegen ist. Wir waren froh, dass wir unseren Leihwagen hatten. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass Anfang April und trotz Temperaturen von rund 20 Grad noch sehr viele Aktivitäten nicht möglich waren. Beispielsweise Mieträder, aber auch das zweite Restaurant. Der Pool war nicht nur geschlossen sondern auch die Poolbar, es gab noch keine Liegen oder auch sonstige Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Hotelgelände. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich gewesen, zuvorkommend und absolut Kundenorientiert. Auch im verbunden Restaurant fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben, besonderen Dank an Matteo, der wirklich seinen Job liebt! Das Restaurant ist gut und in der Halbpension sind Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und ein Nachtisch inkludiert (a la Card). Bis auf den ersten Tag gab es neben der kleinen Karte auch noch Specials. Trotzdem wurde es am letzten Tag langsam knapp mit den Gerichten, die bei uns in Frage kamen. Veganer und auch Vegetarier werden es schwer haben, dort etwas zu finden. Die Zimmer sind historisch, die Wände jedoch hauchdünn und der Duschkopf ist mir leider auf den Kopf gefallen, weil er nicht in der Halterung festsitzt.”查看更多评论

“The hotel staff here were incredible! Book the experiences they have on site, especially the bee experience it is so worth it. We booked our stay through Costco and this was towards the end of our trip. It was very nice to have a few days of relaxing after a lot of sightseeing. As a note, there are limited food options in this area so if you are traveling it can be helpful to pack some snacks if you get hungry later in the day.
