Paradisus Grand Cana - All Suites

Great family experience! Swim up rooms and concierge was made it easy to relax. Food was very good and drinks were of decent quality. It is a bit of a trip to the beach, but the shuttle comes every 5 minutes. All in all, a great stay!

A wonderful family vacation! The staff treated us wonderfully. Special thanks to the following: 1) Omar (our concierge) who arranged dinner reservations and our transportation to the airport and when we went into Punta Cana. 2) Also want to thank Antony (waiting staff/bartending staff) who also took care of us all week. What a wonderful man and helped me with my Spanish. 3) All of the housekeeping staff! They were incredible and extremely accommodating all week.

We had an amazing time at Paradisus. We travel as a family often, and this is the only property that we have returned to for a second time. The reason we came back was the beautiful hotel is a perfect size. Big enough to have all the amenities, but not so big that you get lost. The restaurants are amazing, and the food is delicious. There are lots of à la carte options as well as the buffet. Food is always fresh and not reheated and reused like at other places. The pool is huge and amazing and has cabanas all the way around. You do have to get up early in the morning to get one, but there is no fighting over chairs, and everybody finds a spot. Of course, the best part is the service. Staff are attentive and seem very genuine in their efforts to be helpful. You are never waiting around or feel like you were annoying them for that extra drink, or the little extra bit of service, which makes the trip truly special. The staff get to know you as well! Marlin and Darlin In the buffet, we’re waiting for us every morning with fresh coffee and mimosas. They were a great part of our daily routine and made the trip a special. Special shout out to them for sure!

Origen, was such an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the service was top notch! Darlin was such an amazing server!! Paradisus Grand Cana was everything we thought and more..EXCELLENT!!!!!
