Great resort, fantastic selection of food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Mr Big at the Luna pool, fantastic guy and could not do enough to please us, also Mr Pon in Gaia bar. Spa massage was fantastic and being August the resort was quieter which created a very relaxing mood. Rooms are great and daily service which is a luxury.Highly recommend,

The stay at the resort was more than wonderful, I had a great time there. The room was very clean and they made sure to clean it every day. The pool and beach were clean, and the restaurant was delicious. I will not forget the staff, who were very friendly, especially Pare and shon. I will definitely come back when I visit Phuket

Let’s preamble this by stating that I don’t give less than a 5 star review - if I have issues I take it up with the management / owner - I am not a keyboard warrior. So the negatives - the package we are on seems a little confused but I’ll take that up with Luxury Escapes - the check in a bit disjointed with what I suspect is new and inexperienced staff - but they did their very best. On to the rooms. Amazing! Everything we expected. Just a beautiful space. Love the outdoor tub - the open air shower and the plunge pool. A little shallow perhaps but a great space. Service of restaurant and bar staff is top notch and I can see there’s been some new hiring recently and the new bar manager Kuhn Tony is really getting his team fired up and it is very clear he has a lot of respect for them and they for him. So a big shout out to Tony, Nook, Fat, Big and Tor. Awesome service, fun friendly and very capable gentlemen. They remember you on day one and carry it through. Well done Tony and team - keep up the great work. Restaurant staff Aom, Hong, Kob and Pim are names that stand out as they gave their all, but honestly the whole team are attentive and jut too numerous to mention here. All work hard to please and we were always looked after so well. So all in all a great stay, still room to improve as with anything, but I would return and that’s based on the people we met, the ambience, the service, the food, the team and the sheer relaxation. Well done to the F&B manager Luc - I think you’ll have this place leading the pack very soon. Late edit - today’s experience at the YHI spa was next level. My wife opted for Aromic rather than Thai massage due to some past medical issues and the team were great to advise her to take that route. Her therapist Tuk (spelling? Sorry) took every care with her and I know she was completely relaxed and slept. I on the other hand had the lovely Kas who as petite as she was, displayed amazing strength and perfect pressure. There came a point of euphoric relaxation despite the deep pressure style of the massage. The staff were amazing, the service exceptional and the ambience something else. Great work team. We will be back.

المكان خيالي هدوء رقي نظافه.. البحر مافي انشطة بس هاذي الي محليه بس تجوفون منظر طبيعي و استرخاء بدون ازعاج.. الاكل عندهم لذييذ.. عندهم مسبحين واحد بين الفلل وواحد مجابل البحر.. الفندق فاتح من سنتين تقريباً لذلك كلشي فيه جديد ومرتب..
