Niestety nie jest to idealny hotel :( Jedzenie jest średnie i monotonne . W pokojach zdążają się częste awarie , nie działa klima , częste awarie zamków magnetycznych , w czasie deszcze woda leje się do pokoju . Jak na hotel tej klasy i za tą cenę jestem rozczarowany . Duży plus to obsługa i plaża „ Gabi „- najmocniejsza część hotelu .

There is so much more to a hotel than ticking all of the boxes and the Melia Zanzibar excels in the box that really matters “did you have a great time” and “Yes we did” Nothing is too much trouble for the management and staff, all delivered with a smile and courteous efficiency The staff are faultless, Laura, for her eggs at breakfast, Eliza at the Jetty for lunch or Secelia and Queen for their poolside service and Bruno at dinner at the Spice Restaurant also excellent entertainment by Msaifu They have an enviable Cliffside location with “Instagram” shots at every turn.
