Reviews of INNSiDE New York NoMad

Rooms are small. Very little sound insulation. Can hear noise outside very easily. It was ok hotel. Not great but not bad.

Stayed for four nights through Thanksgiving. Joined other family members, total of seven, with three rooms. Front counter staff was excellent, accommodating, helpful and friendly. They worked hard to get us three rooms together. The rooms were clean, plenty big, and the beds were extremely nice. The hotel in general was very well kept, clean, in a good location and nicely decorated. Our only complaint would be the restaurant, The Wilson. Although the food was excellent the service was horrible. Three times we ate there, and had issues each time, from slow service to having to get up and go find someone to refill drinks. This morning was the worse. They sat us with no silverware. We ordered, they then delivered our food, still with nothing to eat it with. When we told him we needed silverware he said, “sorry I’ll be right back”, and DIDN’T RETURN! Our food sat there getting cold, we ended up going out and finding silverware ourselves.

While the hotel is nice, spacious rooms and attentive staff, the resort fee (now at $45 per night!) is just too high for what's "offered": (gym use - which should be expected in a 4* hotel-, wifi - who still charges for wifi in 2024/5?...) and the breakfast is really poor, not a true Melia breakfast, you only get a plate and a drink from the attached restaurant... Not worth getting breakfast. And there are other properties nearby that don't charge these high fees, too bad because the hotel is nice.

Estive com meu marido no hotel agora esses últimos 05 dias, foi a nossa primeira vez na cidade de NY e acertamos em cheio na escolha do hotel. A localização dele é perfeita, o que nos permitiu fazer muita coisa andando… Além disso o ambiente é perfeito, o quarto era extremamente aconchegante, a cama parecia que te abraçava e o chuveiro então, perfeito! Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da Maria Laura, ela quem fez nosso checkin, passou todos os detalhes do hotel, benefícios e até algumas dicas ali da região, sempre muito simpática e sorridente, além de ter nos acompanhado durante toda a estadia, sempre se deixando a disposição! Com toda certeza queremos voltar pra NY e já sabemos onde nos hospedar novamente!
