Very friendly staff, cleaners are constantly working all hours, very clean hotel. Rooms in the tall blocks are a little dated with the furniture. Only 1 socket in the room, so make sure you take a 4 or 6 way extension lead if you have several things to charge overnight. Food was ok, lots of salad choice, kids corner with burgers, hotdogs, chips, pasta and sauces. Main food was a bit repetitive each night, grilled chicken breasts, grilled veal, beef in sauce, chicken in sauce. Only 1 night out of 6 they had a chicken kebab which went instantly. Table service for drinks at lunch and dinner. Loungers by the pool were all gone 2 minutes after the gates open by the 2 big pools. The smaller pool near the road side of the hotel was a little less busy, especially the area tucked around the corner near the outdoor gym area. They have Bali beds to hire for the whole day for €44 per day, well worth it if you can justify the cost, come and go as you please, with plenty of room on them and curtains to create shade as it gets hot during the afternoon. Location was good for the beach, sand gets very hot, but quite a walk from torremolinos main town area. A taxi ride from Málaga airport cost around €17, 10 mins drive. Overall a very nice stay, no issues with room other than aged. Staff fantastic. Very clean. Food repetitive but enough choice to something different each day. We ate out 1 night at an amazing steak place 10 mins walk called Angus steakhouse.

Acabamos de llegar hace unos días del hotel. Hotel perfecto para ir en familia, habitacio es amplias, gran buffet de comidas, muy buen servicio de limpieza. La playa , preciosa , con acceso directo desde el Hotel. Las piscinas y la animación del hotel son una maravilla para ir con niños. Quiero destacar la gran labor que hace Pablo , por su entera disposición durante toda la estancia para ayudarte en todo, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y una gran amabilidad y profesionalidad. También me gustaría destacar el gran trato que hemos recibido de todos los camareros que incluso, aunque estaban con muchísimo trabajo, ha sido excelente, Pedro, Miguel Angel,Alfonso... Muchas gracias por estos fantásticos días. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Bardzo duży Hotel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy samej plaży , Blisko do okolicznych sklepików 10min spacerem. Dla zmotoryzowanych Parking na terenie hotelu płatny 17€ za dobę. Można parkować przy ulicy ale trzeba czasem trochę poszukać miejsca. Byliśmy na początku lipca więc było pełne obłożenie. Jedzenie - za jedzenie jedna gwiazdka z oceny w dòł. Wybór duży ,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , potrawy nie powtarzały się codziennie. Problem był z daniami mięsnymi albo niedosmażone albo przypalone , problem głównie był na kolacji. Często czekaliśmy na stolik ale obsługa naprawdę bardzo się starała. 2 baseny bardzo fajne woda chyba podgrzewana bar przy każdym basenie , leżaki w sezonie to wiadomo.. Alkohole w opcji al. Markowe ale unikaj drinków nalewanych z automatu są okropne. Sporo atrakcji dla dzieci na basenie i w hotelu Ogólnie polecam ten hotel , pobyt był bardzo udany.

Room was basic but overall hotel is pretty good. People should be warned that this is a family hotel so there's tons of noisy kids everywhere you turn. Beach and it's access are great but multiple pools all overcrowded. Amenities are kind of stripped down and you need a cash deposit to get a towel and need to pay to change it for a clean one. Buffet was like a cattle stampede but food was decent. It's 4 star but not a sliver over that.
