Positives: - air-conditioning in rooms can be switched off - windows can be opened - comfortable bed (but blanket not...) - comfortable furniture - practical bathroom - quality orange juice for breakfast Negatives: - swimming pool cannot be used!!!!!!!! This is very disappointing!!!! - in rooms no place to put suitcase on - in breakfast room it is difficult to find a place where there is no air conditioning blowing (which makes me sick, cause allergies, etc) - the fresh fruit served is very nice, but it is too cold! And one day bananas were missing.

It is a nice, big hotel. Good for business events as you have multiple conference rooms and plenty of space. It is also quite close to the subway and the Real stadium. I love that they provide shaving kit, as I often forget to bring mine - I wish more hotels do this by default. The only downside is that is quite old building.

The hotel is excellent, but I'd appreciate it if the air conditioning could be adjusted. It’s May, but the outside temperature is only 13 degrees and the air conditioner is set to its coldest setting, which left me nearly freezing during my stay. This unfortunately ruined my overall experience.
