“From the moment of arrival, the staff and service were absolutely outstanding. Every member of the team went above and beyond, making a genuine effort to accommodate every request and ensure a perfect stay. The rooms were exceptional — modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was flawless and maintained to the highest standard. Breakfast also impressed with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Another huge advantage is the location: there is a metro station directly in front of the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore Madrid. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant, stylish, and full of great places to discover. There is even a large library nearby as well as a charming little cinema, which gives the area a unique and authentic character. The restaurant area itself deserves special mention — the interior design is unbelievably stylish, elegant, and truly unique, creating a very special atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers excellence in every aspect. The only small addition that could make the experience even more perfect would perhaps be a hotel bar for evening drinks and relaxation. If I return to Madrid, I would gladly choose to stay here again without hesitation.”

“This is a very special hotel. It is truly just shy of being a 5-star hotel. The staff is so welcoming, the building itself is beautifully renovated (and has a story behind it), and the rooms have everything you need and more. I stayed at the Artist Junior Suite with my husband and 5 month old daughter, and we were so comfortable. We had space for our luggage and a crib that the hotel kindly provided us, and we could still use the table and sofa in the room. They have an indoor pool, sauna and cinema, so you’ll have plenty to do if you want to stay in the hotel and take a break from the city. The neighborhood is hip and has amazing food, it’s just not as touristy as the rest of Madrid Centro, which is perfect for us. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner at Maché was great, and the room service Burger is top-notch. I will definitely stay at Casa de Las Artes again.”

“This is hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I honestly approached this with a bit of skepticism as the concept seemed a bit kitschy to me- not the case at all. From the food, to the wellness facilities, restoration work and the integrity of the staff, I am truly blown away. The staff are highly educated and kind on all fronts. Every single person I’ve had the pleasure of talking with has pointed me in a great direction to make my experience better. Truly hard to leave, that has become rare these days. I travel for work, and spend a solid amount of time in hotels. Are the rooms the most luxurious thing I’ve ever seen? Maybe not. But the beds are amazing and the attention to detail and history restored in this building will inspire some art when I’m home, I’m certain of this. When I’m sad I will think of this experience. Sometimes things don’t suck! shout out my guys Jesus and Dario.”
