“Nous passons un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les prestations sont vraiment à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles : chambre supérieure confortable, propreté irréprochable, restauration de qualité et personnel particulièrement attentionné et professionnel. Le concept réservé aux adultes est également très appréciable pour des vacances reposantes.
Cependant, un point mérite d’être amélioré : les animations et l’ambiance en soirée. C’est le seul véritable point faible de l’établissement. Les animations proposées sont très limitées et ne correspondent pas au niveau de standing attendu pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. L’espace dédié aux spectacles est très réduit pour la taille de l’hôtel et il manque de véritables lieux de vie en soirée, notamment des bars ou espaces conviviaux où les clients peuvent se retrouver après le dîner.
C’est d’autant plus regrettable que tout le reste est excellent. Avec une offre d’animations et de soirées plus développée, cet hôtel serait tout simplement exceptionnel. Malgré cette réserve, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et saluons le travail remarquable de l’ensemble du personnel.

However, one area needs improvement: the evening entertainment and atmosphere. This is the only real weakness of the establishment. The entertainment offered is very limited and does not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this category. The space dedicated to shows is very small for the size of the hotel, and there is a lack of proper evening entertainment venues, particularly bars or convivial spaces where guests can gather after dinner.

“A fantastic place to spend our honeymoon with our 1 year old. The hotel is amazing! We will definitely be back.
We were greeted warmly on arrival and the reception team helped us make bookings for the à la carte restaurants. Our room was lovely and we were delighted by the bottle of cava and chocolates waiting there for us on our arrival. The little touches such as toiletries, a robe and slippers for our little one were brilliant. The only drawback with the room was it lacked a bit of storage but we managed ok.
The facilities, grounds and pools were simply amazing and our little boy absolutely loved the splash park. We ended up spending a lot of time there. There were always plenty of beds and towels available. The hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely walkway right outside which we did often. We absolutely loved the spa and a big shout out to the lady there who made our bookings - she was so helpful and friendly! Our treatments were fantastic and the whole place was just so relaxing and calm.
The food in the main was amazing. We loved all the fresh seafood, sushi and breakfast in the gastro hall was always great. The desserts in the evening were also very special - a real treat! A special thanks to Willy and Basilio in the Gastro hall for their amazing service and for being so kind to us! Lemon Fish restaurant was absolutely outstanding- we tried almost everything on the menu. The service from our waiter (we forgot his name - sorry!) was amazing and he explained everything so well. The view is spectacular and it felt like a real occasion. We also really enjoyed Kanna for both lunch and dinner but found that there wasn’t much range for our toddler, so ended up in the gastro hall where there was more choice. The food as MasCalzone was also very nice. The service here didn’t quite live up to the other places. It was very busy and service was as slow, which we understood. However, we found the hostess to be a little passive aggressive and sarcastic and we didn’t really want to go back there.
Overall, we loved our time at Paradisus and would definitely go back in future. We felt very welcome as a family and our toddler absolutely loved it. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Ha sido una semana fantástica de descanso. En general el hotel es top y volveremos seguro, pero tengo algunas sugerencias.
Restaurante Kanna: estaría bien incluir una fideuá, ya que hay varios tipos de arroz pero no fideuá.
Estaría bien que en este restaurante el refresco no fuera de surtidor…
Bufé: en general correcto, mejoraría el zumo de naranja y los licuados del desayuno. Y por la noche, echamos en falta alguna pizza para el niño sobretodo.
Falta sombra en la piscina, no puede ser que por ejemplo, en la primera fila de la piscina solo haya 4 parasoles… vamos con niños y necesitan sombra.
Hay días que no hay sombra ni atrás del todo…
Y encima reservan siempre los mismos esas camas con parasol, que dejan las toallas y se van incluso a la playa. Un día, incluso lo comentamos porque eran las 12!! Y desde las 10 nadie había aparecido… y efectivamente, les quitaron las toallas. Resulta estaban en la playa…
Sugerencia de bebida: que al menos en el ginger los batidos sean hechos con fruta, no “prefabricados” y estaría muy bien incluir Té Matcha.
Animación: para nosotros nos resultó un poquito escasa y a nivel infantil poquito. En piscina por ejemplo, solo hay el aquagym cada día y ya.
No sé un bingo o algo de vez en cuando estaría bien.
Y por la noche también nos faltó algo más de animación.
Limpieza de 10! En todo el hotel
Mencionar la amabilidad de todo el personal, pero destacar a Stefan (un crack), la chica pelo rojo del Shak (no recordamos su nombre), Brahim del vibra y papi que es un encanto y no para de ayudar en todo. Y los dos chicos que estaban en la puerta y nos ayudaron con las maletas, majísimos también!
Lo que menos nos gustó es el tema de intentar venderte el tema de Circle, que todo es maravilloso hasta que les dices que no te interesa y entonces ahí cambia la cosa. Pero bueno, sabemos que es su trabajo.”

“Cuarto año consecutivo que venimos, este año hemos echado de menos el carrito de helados, la música en directo en el desayuno ,un mayor horario en el kidsdom y mayor limpieza en las mesas de madera del desayuno.
De todas formas seguimos encantados con el hotel, y muy agradecidos a su personal, y muy en especial a gente como Moha, Orlando, “mago” Basileo, y todo el personal del kidsdom, gracias a todos ellos la estancia ha sido top, creo que gente como la nombrada son el mayor activo del hotel.”
