Mención especial a María y Fabián del Pool Reserve, gracias por vuestra sonrisa eterna, profesionalidad, gran coctelería y atención constante.     Un hotel molt còmode per venir amb família. En un lloc d'una gran bellesa. El personal particularment amable. Els restaurants bons ( excepte , en la nostra opinió, el japo peruà i el del cuiner Ortega). La facilitat d'accés a la platja i als esports de vela moderna es excepcional.El balanç és molt positiu.     Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Paradisus by Meliá en Fuerteventura. Si bien es cierto que hay algunos aspectos del hotel que podrían mejorar para estar a la altura de un cinco estrellas, especialmente en instalaciones,, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la calidad humana y profesional de su equipo.     Fantastic resort at a unique spot. If you do kite or wind surfing it is a very nice place. The beach is fantastic and the hotel does offer everything you need. Very friendly staff, clean room, good service and delicious food.

    Nos alojamos en este hotel durante unos días. Al entrar nos recibió Hamza, una persona encantadora y súper atenta. Nos ayudó a localizar la reserva y nos acompañó hasta la recepción. Subió a dejarnos las maletas y nos explicó todo al detalle. Personas como él hacen que las estancias sean maravillosas. Paula nos hizo el check-in y nos explicó todo de forma clara y detallada.     The hotel decor is lovely, the rooms are lovely with lovely beds. It’s definitely not a 5* as it claims to be. The buffet was disappointing and lacked interest, not enough staff so you could be waiting sometime for a drink with your dinner. Neither of the à la carte restaurants were particularly great either. The best restaurants were definitely downstairs by the pool which were really good but only open at lunchtime. Sunbeds are metal which are very uncomfortable. 5* resorts do not provide cheap sunbeds like these. The price of this holiday was quite high but it seems the better idea would’ve been to pay extra for the reserve rooms to use the better pools with better sun beds. This would’ve been 3.2 K for a week in March and there is no way it is worth that money. Our mini bar wasn’t re stocked every day as they claimed it would be. We had to ask at reception 3 times in a week for it to be re stocked. We were approached by the circle team numerous times and so did listen to their talk which wasn’t for us. We were not rewarded with the 100 euro room credit that we were told we would received by listening to the talk. What I found particularly rude was that after we had attended the talk the guy who had originally approached us didn’t pass the time of day with us agin and even went as far as to walk past us and ignore us. We couldn’t escape him before we attended the talk. So very rude!

    I had a fantastic experience at the Paradisus by Melia Fuerteventura. My trip to Dubai got cancelled and I had to rebook something very quickly (and solo) and I am so glad that I did. I am an independant travel agent and was coming on a familiarisation trip for my clients and I was pleasently suprised. The hotel has been refurbished last year so it all felt brand new. I booked as a Reserve guest which is the premium, all inclusive for adults only which was definitely worth it. But if you are travelling with children and can't do so, I would still recommend the rooms are still the same spec and the variety of restaurants is top notch. The food and drinks were of such high quality, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back and be recommending to my clients. There isn't a lot to do around the property if you don't have a car, so if you are looking to explore more I would suggest renting one. But if your goal is to relax and enjoy the beautiful hotel then you can do just that.

    Wir waren als Paar im Hotel Paradisus Fuerteventura und insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen – mit einigen Abstrichen. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft, die Umgebung wunderschön und alles sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Zimmerreinigung – die war absolut top und auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Leider konnte der Service insgesamt nicht ganz mithalten. Trotz großer Mannschaft wirkte vieles unkoordiniert und teilweise überlastet. Es gab aber auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die sehr freundlich und professionell waren. Beim Essen hatten wir gemischte Erfahrungen. Teilweise waren Restaurants geschlossen oder ausgebucht, was schade war. Ein SPA-Bereich fehlt komplett – das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie aus unserer Sicht ein Minuspunkt. Auch ein kleiner Shop für den täglichen Bedarf wäre wünschenswert. Fazit: Die traumhafte Lage und die tolle Natur machen den Aufenthalt dennoch lohnenswert, auch wenn es im Service noch Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.

    We stayed at Meliá Paradisus Fuerteventura for six days, and overall the experience was average—not what we expect from a five-star hotel. The room and the view were absolutely stunning and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, communication was a major issue. Many staff members in restaurants did not speak English, which made things unnecessarily difficult. At Ginger Lounge, the service was particularly poor—staff were inattentive, some orders never arrived, and their attitude felt unprofessional at times. As a Meliá employee, I am familiar with the brand standards, and this property does not consistently meet them. The Level experience was also disappointing. The lounge closing at 18:30 is unusually early and does not align with the concept offered in other Meliá properties. Additionally, the buffet selection there was quite limited. Another issue was the room temperature. During the night, the room was cold, and when we requested a heater, we were told this was not possible due to “health and safety” reasons. This was surprising, as this is not a standard restriction in other Meliá hotels. There were a few positives: a kind guest experience staff member (blonde, middle-aged) who was very helpful, and bartenders Oscar and Pedro, who were excellent. Kanna Restaurant was also outstanding, both in terms of food and service. On the downside, the buffet lacked flavor despite variety, and the breakfast experience was disappointing (including being served a poached egg with eggshell, with no proper response). Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the service and consistency need significant improvement to meet five-star expectations.

    Nous avons séjourné du 11 au 16 mars 2026. L'hôtel est idéalement situé avec un accès praticable à la plage malgré quelques marches. La piscine n'est malheureusement pas chauffée comme précisée et reste froide pour la saison. Elle est équipée de nombreux transats en son pourtour qui s'offre à la détente. Des glaces et coktails sont à disposition tout au long de l'après midi mais il me semblerait judicieux de proposer pour petits et grands un espace gourmand avec crêpes et gauffres voire churros. Concernant la restauration, on ressent une désorganisation totale. Les tables libres ne sont pas nettoyées. Le temps d'attente est beaucoup trop long pour être installé. Un manque évident de personnel se fait sentir. D'autre part, nous avions réservé au restaurant italien à 20:45 seule possibilité de créneau horaire disponible. A la fin du repas nous avons demandé les desserts soit entre autre une pizza chocolat. Nous nous sommes entendus répondre que le four était éteint et que nous devions partir car le service était terminé à 10 heures. Donc, aucun dessert pour la table que ce soit pizza ou autre. Cela laisse un goût amer pour un 5 étoiles. Quand au service dans les autres restaurants, malgré une demande réitéré de vin pour chaque convive la personne n'est jamais venue, les plats tout juste chauds, entrée et plat servis en même temps, .... Je déplore également que nous n'avons pu réserver une place auprès du restaurant du chef étoilé. Ce qui devait être un plus dans l'hôtel s'est révélé une véritable déception car c'était ce qui nous avait séduit par rapport à un autre hôtel de même catégorie. Comme un post précédent, j'ai dû mal à me projeter dans un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 4 étoiles conviendrait beaucoup mieux. Enfin pour conclure , il convient de souligner l'amabilité du personnel et leur professionnalisme qui fait de cet hôtel toute sa convivialité.
