Highly recommended,will stay here again.staff always smiling and very helpful and polite.

Had a great week in sol pelicanos but the only downside was the lifts. They would need a full time engineer as they are mostly out of order .

Been here for 5 days and would recommend you eat out of an evening as food in restaurant isn't the best. The entertainment is really good and the team work hard making sure everyone is having a good time. The Carribean swim up bar is a great experience too and Alejandro is great and looks after you too. The snack bar is OK too and helping yourself to snacks and drinks is good too. In all it's the best pool in the whole of benidorm, the staff are nice and friendly too. We will revisit one day that's a deffo.

Las instalaciones sobre todo los ascensores necesitan renovación. Hay algunas habitaciones que necesitan limpieza más a fondo sobre todo la bañera. Y la piscina tiene las rejillas un poco sucias. Al hotel le salva el personal de animación que es encantador y está siempre pendiente. La gente del comedor (David) y las personas que se dedican a recoger los vasos en la piscina que mucha gente deja tirados(Antonio).
