Our stay at the hotel during the first week of September couldn't have been better. Professional and friendly staff, the rooms were top quality standard, and the view was out of this world. Live music and delicious cocktails at their Skybar topped off each evening of our stay. Looking forward to our bext visit.

¡Una experiencia inolvidable en Las Arenas by Meliá! Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excepcional, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Yolanda en recepción. Su profesionalidad, amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos en todo momento hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Yolanda nos recibió con una sonrisa cálida y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades, ofreciendo recomendaciones excelentes sobre la zona y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Se nota que ama su trabajo y eso se refleja en cómo trata a los huéspedes. El hotel es precioso, con instalaciones impecables y una ubicación excelente, pero el trato humano que ofrece el personal, y en particular Yolanda, es lo que realmente marca la diferencia. Sin duda, volveremos y recomendaremos este hotel a todos nuestros conocidos. ¡Gracias por una estancia tan maravillosa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
