“Close to train station- excellent breakfast offering. Gino Italian restaurant on the same site itself. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent customer service. I have seen dogs on the premises so I assume they are allowed in the hotel.”

“Stayed for a hen party last week and LOVED it. Such a great quality hotel located in the centre so everywhere we needed to go to was in walking distance. Four stars but honestly could be five. Great staff, with Josh at check in and check out and another lovely lady receptionist treating us all to late checkout the next day which was such a lovely surprise! The bar staff were also so lovely, accommodating and chatty. It was a shame I didn't try the restaurant this time but i'll definitely be back to do so! Such great value for how beautiful the place was and every member of staff was amazing thankyou to the cleaning staff too 😀❤️”

“Very enjoyable visit, location was perfect as we were attending a show at the Utilita Arena. Evening food admittedly was nothing to write home about but the breakfast was superb. Very close proximity to centre as we were working short walking distance. Would definitely stay again and already planning our next visit.”

“It’s the second year in a row we’ve stayed on Christmas Eve and then had Christmas Dinner in Gino’s. We honestly couldn’t fault any of it again. The room on the sixth floor was superb. The service, food and drinks were exceptional. They left a carrot, milk, reindeer dust and letter for Santa for my little girl, which she loved. It was such a nice touch. We’re booking again for next Christmas as soon as we can. Thank you guys 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽”

“Stayed here for 3 days. Great area and walking distance to everthing. Rooms are clean and on the bigger size. Fantastic breakfast and restaurant. Also great service from front desk. They are right next to the River Tyne so great walking around and a good 5-10 minutes (up steep stairs) the Newcastle site. Short walk also to Grey Street for all the restaurants and shopping. I would definitely chose to stay here again. Parking is on site but limited. If there is an event or the hotel is fully booked expect some trouble finding a spot. Since the hotel is close and walkable to a lot of places, I just left my car at the parking lot and walked everywhere. Fantastic hotel and stay. Thank you.”

Personeel is erg gastvrij. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Er is een gezellige bar en een goed restaurant. Het ontbijt is ruim voldoende.”
