La única pega que encuentro fue que la piscina del spa es algo pequeña y al estar el hotel completo era un poco agobiante.”

“Hotel de muito bom, mesmo no centro de Braga, perfeito para uma estadia de curta duração na cidade. Todo o hotel tem uma excelente decoração e os quartos são bastante espaçosos. O spa apesar de pequeno cumpre a sua função, no entanto, caso todas as cadeiras se encontrem cheias, não há cabides ou prateleiras onde colocar as toalhas/roupões.”

We had lunch at the hotel restaurant yesterday and it was absolutely delicious, beautifully plated and full of flavor. Later, we enjoyed cocktails at the bar perfectly mixed and served with a smile The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a quiet, restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was also amazing — very complete, lots of fresh options and great quality. The staff were all so kind and attentive, really going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. “Ja, aber nur mit Abstrichen, Zimmer 233 A lag im Altbau neben dem Aufzug, sehr bequemes Bett, incl. Mini Bar, die aber nicht immer aufgefüllt wurde, obwohl an der Rezeption darum gebeten wurde, Frühstück war okay, aber zu wenig Obst, der Orangensaft war nur am Sonntag okay und wurde danach immer schlechter, an der Hotelbar war nicht immer ein Barkeeper und die Vertretung war nicht sehr motiviert, später wurde er unterstützt von einer Frau mit schwarzer Randbrille, die motiviert und sehr freundlich war, ein Lichtblick, aber insgesamt wäre an der Bar mehr Umsatz möglich gewesen. Parkhaus vor Ort für 15.00 Euro. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden auch wieder dieses Hotel nutzen.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we were upset we had to leave innside! Our rooms were so clean, perfect location and the most amazing customer service. We were a group of three and booked a studio room with two single beds and a pull out single sofa. Since we had to get ready for a wedding, we wanted to pay for a bigger suite or pay for an additional room. I spoke to the receptionist, Mariana, and she went above and beyond by providing us an additional room at no cost. She was wonderful and made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely get the breakfast package because it had an assortment of pastries, eggs, juices, breads, and vegan options. The indoor pool and sauna were lovely. My air con wasn’t working and I called the front desk and they were able to turn it on from the lobby. If (and when) I go back to braga, I will be staying at innside!
