Ich möchte mich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel bedanken. Das Personal, der Service und die Reinigung verdienen besondere Erwähnung. Das Hotel bietet einen umfassenden Service, der auch ein Büro an der Rezeption umfasst. Dort werden den Gästen Ausflüge ohne Planung für ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeboten. Die Gäste werden sowohl abgeholt als auch abgesetzt. Herr Hicham hat mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut. Die von Herrn Mohsin in der Lobby angebotenen Cocktails und Getränke waren von herausragender Qualität. Das Hotel eignet sich in besonderem Maße für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit Familie oder Freunden. Ich kann es allen, die die Möglichkeit haben, nur empfehlen. Die Bereitschaft von Frau Rachida, die Managerin von Guest Experience, machte meinen Aufenthalt zu einem herausragenden Erlebnis. Das Team ist sehr professionell. Très bel hôtel ! Des patios et des jardins très bien entretenus et jolis. Tout le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. La moindre miette qui tombe est ramassé dans les minutes suivantes. La restauration est juste dingue !!! Du choix mais surtout des produits de qualité la nourriture est excellente et variée. Le kiosque à pizza à côté du bar super ! Merci à Ali le serveur pour sa rapidité et gentillesse dans le service. Merci aux équipes d'animation Sol et Fram pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme. Ghita de Fram vraiment serviable !!! Je recommande vraiment cet établissement. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour entre amis.

Loved our stay at Sol Oasis. This hotel just does it right. The staff were all amazing and so kind. Super professional and the beating heart of the hotel. The food was awesome. The entertainment great and the rooms lovely (the air con was fantastic - I hate hotels who try to limit this!) My elderly mother was treated like a queen and said more than once that the hotel was paradise and that she would like her ashes sprinkled there. What more can I say!
