Muy buena ubicación, la parada del bus está enfrente y te deja en la gran plaza!!

This is a superb hotel, bright, clean, and airy. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Ana on reception, who is so lovely, bubbly, and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed daily, too. The lifts were all fabulous and clean, also. The bar staff were all absolutely exceptional; with Raul and Dani, their work ethics are truly superb 👏 They were constantly upbeat and smiling, nothing was too much trouble for them, such a pleasure to be served by them. The pools are set in beautifully kept grounds and surrounded by well maintained gardens. Miriam, the entertainment manager, was so much fun and kept us all thoroughly entertained throughout the week, along with the fabulous Diego! Both were really great fun. We loved the food! There was something for everyone, and it was always piping hot and delicious. We loved it so much, we're going again! We would highly recommend this hotel, 5 minutes from the beautiful beach and 2 minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and indoor market. 💯🫶

Todo perfecto, limpieza, trato magnífico, en especial resaltar la atención del metre del restaurante Mario! La pega en la habitación es lo oscura que es, poca luz y algunas paredes negras. En el baño también poca luz!

La experiencia es excelente las actividades maravillosas de verdad eh bailado como nunca junto a Pablo , miledys, yailim, Claudio , hotel 🏨 super el servicio es muy bueno las actividades assus horas y muchas felicidades de verdad chicos la experiencia es increíble 🫢 son los mejores miledys sigues con la clase de movilidad de cadera gracias 🫂 mi esposa está encantada

STAFF- - Let's start by 1st acknowledging the wonderful staff who are really good, always making sure to give your their best, make you feel at ease and doing everything they can to make your stay a great one. Bravo to them ! PROPERTY- - Now comes the property. It's supposed to be a 5 star and it is a huge property, but I guess this is our 1st time experience in such a huge property (as we usually go for the 5 star boutique hotels or atleast not so huge) thats accommodating of some 600 guest which is really great for family with kids and they also do have the Red level exclusive for adults only, though its not really much of a difference except for the butler service, drinks and the extra care and access to certain restos and is a small part of the property. However there were little things like water is not included everyday in the room except the 1st night rest you have to pay for it which I was surprised as all 5 stars we have stayed is inclusive but then again I guess the size of this hotel cannot afford to do so for about 600 guests. All in all we had a relaxed vacation and was only let down by the food (which is super important to us) quality but I guess this could have been the case in most of the hotel here in tenerrife.
