“I really enjoyed my stay at Paradisus by Meliá. The resort is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. At the buffet breakfast, I asked for fresh chilli and one of the male staff members happily brought it to me. The next morning, as soon as he saw us, he remembered and brought the chilli again without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very welcome. Another staff member noticed us standing under the shade while it was pouring with rain and quickly ran out to bring us an umbrella. That was a very kind and caring moment. The food was very yummy and I especially loved the buffet breakfast with many great options. The dining restaurants were also good, although the portion sizes were a bit small. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to have more comfortable outdoor chairs on the balcony. I would also like to say that I truly appreciated all the staff at the resort — from the front desk team, the serving staff, the gardening staff, the art performance team, and the gentleman who played the traditional Balinese musical instruments. Everyone was very friendly, warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would happily come back again.”

“We just returned from 7 days at Paradisus by Meliá Bali and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. We were lucky enough to celebrate a birthday during our stay, and the way the team treated us made it feel like a royal occasion. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way they were warm, genuine, attentive, and incredibly professional. We would absolutely love to name every single person who made our stay so special, but it would be impossible because every member of the team was exceptional. It’s something you truly have to experience to understand how consistent and outstanding they all are. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The fresh refurbishment is unbelievable with architecture and beautifully designed spaces, and the immaculate grounds create such a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. What we also really appreciated is that despite the modern refurbishment, so many traditional elements have been beautifully preserved. The unbelievable mural painting in the lobby is absolutely stunning and countless other traditional touches throughout the property that give it real character and depth. It genuinely has a proper Bali feel in its architecture and design, which we loved. It felt authentic and culturally rich which was refreshing to see from other hotels which can feel generic or overly modern. The restaurants were another highlight. Tokimeku, the Japanese-themed restaurant, was incredible, beautifully presented dishes and such a refined atmosphere. Samira, with its Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine, was equally outstanding and full of flavour. And we found ourselves returning often to Malva for lunch due to the amazing Indonesian food, generous serving sizes, and consistently fantastic quality. We wrote this review because we literally cannot wait to go back, and the place truly deserves it, and every bit of success, especially the staff who are the loveliest kindest people you’ll meet. If you’re considering staying here, do it. You won’t regret it.”

“Добрый день Хороший отель, видно что только после ремонта, чистый, зеленый, по территории ходят утки, гуси, павлины, но они не напрягают, так как живут своей локацией. Отдых очень спокойный, персонал пытается сделать всё для вашего приятного отдыха. Отдельно о персонале, все улыбаются, такое ощущение, что ты их давний друг), ресепшен оперативно реагирует на просьбы, на шведке тебе всегда помогут, если видят какое то замешательство сразу к тебе идет человек оказать поддержку. Отдельно хочется отметить уборку, у нас убирался Adi, в любой день подстроится под твой режим, надо утром, вечером, в обед номер всегда будет убран чисто, качество и иногда даже с сюрпризом в виде, каких то фигурок.”

“The time we spent at this hotel can confidently be described as one of the best vacations of our lives. We stayed for two days as regular guests and then for five days as Reserve guests, and both experiences were equally exceptional. The hotel has just reopened in February 2026 after a year-long renovation, and it truly shows. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully redesigned, and carefully executed. The overall concept is calm and refined — modern in style, yet beautifully complemented by subtle Balinese elements. Our room was extremely comfortable: the bed was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, and the cleanliness impeccable. It was genuinely pleasant to spend time in the room, and we slept very well throughout our stay. The culinary experience deserves special mention. The breakfasts were outstanding — both in the main restaurant and in the Reserve area. The quality of the food was consistently excellent. There are eight restaurants on the property, along with cafés, bars, and 24-hour room service. While prices are higher than at Bali Collection nearby, the quality fully justifies the cost. I was particularly impressed by the interior of Samira. The Japanese restaurant left a lasting impression, and Sante was truly superb. Although the hotel is large, it never felt overcrowded. Even while some final renovation touches were still being completed during our stay, everything was managed so thoughtfully that it did not affect our comfort. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The pools are spacious, clean, and designed to allow guests to relax without feeling crowded. The pool areas offer attentive service, and it is easy to order food and drinks at any time. The entire property is lush, green, and beautifully landscaped. In the evenings, the pathways are illuminated with candles, creating a very elegant and atmospheric setting. Most importantly, what truly made our stay special was the staff. Every team member was professional, attentive, and consistently willing to help. Special thanks to Resti, Arsa, Teja, Darka, Arfa, Yuki, Toni, Rika, and Fky for their care and warm attitude. We sincerely hope to return next year.”

“I recently stayed at Paradisus by Meliá Bali and had an unreal experience. The service across the resort was top quality, but I’ve got to give a special mention to Ryan by the pool — his service was genuinely out of this world. He was always switched on, super friendly, and made sure we were looked after the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Big thanks as well to Widhi, Suastika, Agung and Irsyad — all of them were professional, welcoming and made the stay even better. Paradisus is 100% the best resort in Nusa Dua. Definitely coming back.”

“Can't wait to return (for the 4th time). Had been waiting to return since the renovation. We stayed once again in a garden villa. We did the all inclusive reserve package. No regrets there at all. Great choice of food and drinks. Staff are 11 out of 10 everywhere. Whilst we were on a couple holiday, we noticed the new kids area was absolutely amazing, families will love this. We enjoyed every eatery and the day spa, even the gym. Found the almost hidden cocktail bar on our last night, wished we had found that earlier. Sante; the bar/restaurant for the reserve guests, the food is amazing, cannot fault the food or the staff here. We can't wait to return!”

I wanna thank to chef BAYU -Malva breakfast good men , very polite and kind . The housekeepers Yusuf and Deni took care of cleaning our room every day.
