I recently had a wonderful stay at ME Dubai in Dubai. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and the staff's service exceeded my expectations. I would like to specifically mention Suleman from security, who was always vigilant and made us feel safe throughout our stay. At the front desk, Nicole and Marian at front desk provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Their professionalism and friendliness made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Dubai!

I would like to thank 𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 front desk employees who helped us with our problem, specially 𝐌𝐫.𝐣𝐨𝐬𝐞 and the 𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐚, they were flexible and patient with us, moreover I have been upgraded to the next category. Also my thanks goes to 𝐌𝐫.𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐦 who always offers his initiative to help us. Their breakfast restaurant 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 is way too excellent, you could either order from their own menu or choose from the buffet. Luggage porter 𝗜𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺 was so kind, thank you man.

這次旅遊第一天和第二天的住宿酒店，設計非常的前衛，未來感十足，裡外的設計都蠻顛覆傳統印象，果真是建築設計大師的作品，每個樓層都有一些藝術創作的作品可以參觀是非常好的，最滿意的是房間裡面的浴室，實在是太漂亮了🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩，個人覺得比較可惜的是詢問前台問題，態度不是這麼的有善，我想找家便利商店買一些必需品，但前台說附近沒有，但飯店在我給完評價後說附近有便利商店和超市，那也就是說飯店的員工對於飯店的週邊並不清楚，或是住戶詢問他們問題，他們並不想回覆你和幫你解決問題！

The hotel was amazing, but I wouldn't repeat the experience again. The rooms were gloomy and the colors were dark, but it was a new and enjoyable experience. Some of the best people who served us were there, but the best of them Yacine. He was very polite, helpful, and cheerful. Thank you, Yacine!
