Super hotel super jedzenie i super obsługa A w szczególności Pani Kamila z 4 piętra którą serdecznie pozdrawiamy (pokój 4091 i 4090). Byliśmy tam dużą grupą i wszyscy jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Bardzo dobre jedzenie i bardzo duży wybór naprawdę wszystkiego także serdecznie polecamy.👍❤

7.5/10 ratting from myself. The Hotel is nice and clean, but staff is not great and needs trainning. They also don’t do much to resolve any issues reported. Overall our stay was good, and could have been great with a little more help from hotel staff. Do not expect 5* service from staff, we had better service on a 3*. We chose the Level package, which offers a quieter restaurant, but even there the staff was the same, only a few make you feel welcome.

Ein super Familienhotel, super Lage. Beim Abendessen sind Massen von Leuten. Es sollte ein Geldbetrag eingeführt werden, für Leute die beim Buffet das Teller voll machen und fast nichts davon essen!!!
