Elegante e d'avanguardia, questo spazio progettato da Dominique Perrault si trova in cima al grattacielo più alto dell'Austria, un edificio emblematico attorno al quale sembra ruotare tutta Vienna. In ogni camera, le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto offrono viste mozzafiato sulla città, sul Danubio e sul paesaggio circostante. Cenate a 220 metri di altezza sulla terrazza dell'Altia Restaurant and Skybar.

“دخلنا الفندق بانطباع ممتاز: تصميم مودرن، صور احترافية، وموقع جميل… لكن بعد أول كم ساعة بدأت رحلة “اكتشف المفاجآت بنفسك”. 🛋️ الأثاث المودرن الأثاث شكله جديد وعصري، لكن النظافة تقول قصة ثانية. تحس الكنبة مرت بتجارب أكثر منك في الحياة. 🧼 الحمام والغموض الأسود الحمام حرفيًا يعطيك شعور بعدم النظافة حتى وانت واقف فيه. والبلاط الأسود واضح إنه موظف رسمي لإخفاء أي وساخة 😅 ايظا لا يوجد شطاف!. 🚿 تصميم عبقري جدًا فاصلين غرفة النوم والحمام بزجاج شفاف… يعني إذا معك أحد، يا تعيشون صراحة مطلقة أو تتعلمون قوة التواصل البصري. 🚗 المواقف 30 يورو باليوم للمواقف، ولما تستغرب يقولون: “المواقف مو تابعة للفندق.” طيب ليش حاطين ضمن المميزات إن فيه مواقف؟ 😂 🧱 المرونة؟ غير موجودة أي طلب بسيط أو محاولة تفاهم تحس إنك تقدم معاملة حكومية، مو تتكلم مع فندق. 🚪 التعامل صراحة مو سيئ بشكل عدائي، لكنه بارد جدًا… الخلاصة: الفندق ممتاز كموقع وكاطلاله على النهر والمدينة وعجبتني صور الفندق لكن الواقع أقل بكثير من التوقعات وخصوصاً للخليجيين الي متعودين على السفر والنظافة. إذا يهمك النظافة اتوقع فيه خيارات أفضل”

“5 Sterne Hotel mitten Im Businessviertel Wiens, mit Anbindung an die UBahn. In den höheren Etagen wunderbare Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Restaurant im 57. Stock bzw die Bar darüber sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmern sind sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und befindet sich im höchsten Gebäude Österreichs. Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger und frischer sein.”

“One of the most disappointing 5-star hotels I’ve been to. Where to start? The “deluxe” Level rooms are smaller than the standard ones, but because they are “refurbished” that’s why they’re apparently “deluxe”. The bigger rooms need a new lick of paint and touch ups as well as a more logistical layout - why is the sofa not opposite the TV? The TV is small for the room size and, connecting to iOS devices on the TV doesn’t work, nor do the buttons on the remote for Netflix or Amazon. What is the point? We are platinum members and had to ask for our platinum member rewards, which wasn’t very good. The toilet paper was cheap and rough, not what you’d expect in a 5-star hotel. The food at breakfast is not 5-star level either. In the Level area, the service really lacks. It’s small, but when busy staff are hardly anywhere to be seen, only popping in regularly. To get to it is a faff too, as you go to a different lift so it’s a trek if you need to pop back to your room. “Tapas” and spirits are available 6-8pm but the tapas is hit and miss - mostly miss. The staff are very slow to replenish food and seem to stop doing so at 7pm - not good when people arrive late and when it’s busy, showing they obviously do not make enough of the food when they need to. And lastly, what is most annoying, is clearly no due diligence is done with people entering the Level area. You need a card to get in but the four nights we were there there was obviously people bringing in others with them - including the same and new ones. And eavesdropping on their conversation, they were not even staying at the hotel let alone a Level room. Nearly all Level areas I have been have had a constant member of staff greeting people and even checking they are eligible to be there. The place needs more improvement to truly be a 5-star hotel in terms of service and attention to guests.”
