Only a one night stay but it was great! What impressed me the most was the service! It was great (even with a 4am checkout)! Would definitely stay here again.

Très bel hôtel propre et confortable petit déjeuner copieux... Mention spéciale pour le personnel extrêmement gentil et souriant , a contrario du manager qui ne daigne nous regarder où nous dire bonjour .

The staff (all of them) have a genuine smile, and all have a desire to make your stay that much more pleasant. Keep it up, Ju lumt! Clean rooms, spa, breakfast, valet parking….can not ask for more. My go to hotel when in Tirana.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Elisa. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful, from the reception staff, the lovely waiters at breakfast, the bar staff and the night door porter. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the baby cot provided worked very well. The spa was lovely (jacuzzi very relaxing), and quiet. Lastly, the outdoor seating area for breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening was like a beautiful little oasis of calm, with lovely lights and great music. Also easily walkable to city centre. All exceptionally good value - we would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Elisa to anyone visiting Tirana, and found it a brilliant introduction to Albania - we will 100% be back. One of the best four star hotel experiences we have had.

Hotel del gruppo Melià quindi un sinonimo di garanzia. Ottima la colazione con una buona proposta di cibo dolce oltre alla molto più ampia scelta per il salato. La camera è ampia e ben tenuta, bello il bagno dotato di ogni comfort. Ho scelto questo hotel anche per le due ore di spa incluse nel prezzo del soggiorno e queste si sono rivelate davvero piacevoli. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molto consigliato.
