"Surprising 5 stars in Albania Rooms are modern and clean, huge pool area, super friendly staff, especially towards children. The Level package is definitely worth it. The guest service and the hotel's willingness to accommodate when something wasn’t perfect is outstanding. It’s also very practical that there is access to the indoor pool, which is a great facility as well. It’s rare to see such a large indoor pool. Thanks to Klaudio and Klevis for the great service.

El hotel es prácticamente nuevo, las instalaciones son espectaculares. El personal deja mucho que desear. La mayoría son gente joven y sin experiencia con trato al cliente, se nota. No hablan español y a duras penas se manejan con el inglés. A veces más que trabajar parece que están de fiesta, te ven en la barra esperando y siguen hablando entre ellos sin prestarte atención. La ubicación no es la mejor la verdad, si quieres ver playas bonitas tienes que ir al sur, porque las playas del norte son muy feas, están bastante sucias y hay un montón de gente, sobre todo locales de allí. Las habitaciones son una preciosidad, te recomiendo que la pidas con vistas a la piscina...no te arrepentirás. En su página web presumen de piscina infinita en la terraza pero ojo no todos tienen acceso a ella, sólo los vip. Lo peor fue la cantidad de niños que había, jamás he visto un hotel de esta categoría tal cantidad de niños...en la piscina se ponen a lanzarse balones y a jugar y difícilmente puedes disfrutar de un baño tranquilo, es agobiante. Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, olvídate.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with large and clean rooms. The pool area is fantastic, complete with a pool bar, and the hotel's beachfront location offers plenty of sunbeds and a sandy beach for relaxation. The food at the Merkado restaurant was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Eralt for his attentive and welcoming service throughout our stay!

Ledjo was fantastic. He was so accommodating and engaging during our meal. I much prefer it to the Mediterranean restaurant last night

Absolutely lovely evening at Casa Nostra at the Melia Durres. The food is fantastic and the service has been amazing. I had the beef and it was cooked to perfection. Ledjo looked after us wonderfully, very attentive and very knowledgable about the menu. Definitely recommend!
