“The hotel come resort finds itself 2 streets away from what was known as ' the strip' in Magaluf's hey day. The strip is where all the clubs and bars were that made Magaluf infamous. Local authorities have cleaned the area up and whilst the strip still exists it is a very faint copy of what was in its hey day. The beach and seafront in Magaluf are very clean. There's an assortment of bars overlooking the beach separated by a wide path that people tend to walk up and down on in the evenings. In the hotel you will not want want for food. The dining room stays open longer than most hotels and the menu and offerings are considerable. The dining room staff are very very hardworking and extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Portions are as much as you can eat. There are ample activities for children and lots of adventures to try. The activity staff are keen and enthusiastic and keep the children engaged. More than 80% of the guests are English. In the evenings there's stage shows outside - and often a live band inside - all at the same time. Outside - Magaluf is a bit run down in parts ( resembling a UK seaside town ) and in others very modern and stylish. The hotel reception staff are nearly always busy - there's always a group checking in or out. They could do with a concierge to answer simple questions or if you need to book a restaraunt or have a problem to solve - the wait for reception can often be tedious and at times fruitless. I think 4 or 5 days is enough - a week can start to drag especially as children very quickly get fed up no matter what there is to do. Don't go expecting Disneyland. Expect a very simple theme park for small children. After a week there is no unquenched thirst that makes me want to return. Although there is no reason I wouldn't go back other than nothing much to do outside the hotel locally ( with kids - there's only so many walks you can do ). Yes you can rent a car or take a taxi to other towns along the coast which are certainly more vibrant and upmarket ( Puerta Portal as an example ). I did meet other guests who were there on their 2nd or 3rd visit. Being under one roof so to speak and the convenience of a resort suits them. The Spanish people are very nice and helpful, some can be a bit blunt and others would plainly rather not give another tourist directions. My only serious moan is the group of locals somewhere adjacent to the hotel who stay up all night laughing and shouting and howling. This means you can't sleep with the window open and have to sleep with the AC on...”

“We stayed in room 1025 house keeping was allways rude and had a attitude with us need more things for kids to after pool closed no arcades nothing for them part from that a clean room all other workers were polite and friendly and helpful food and drink ok your usual all inclusive so cant complain i would reckon ment this hotel if its your first time going to mallorca”

“Si legge di ogni su questo hotel. Sicuramente è un hotel da visitare e tornare. Camera non grandissima e letto non grande, ma pulita ogni giorno e con prodotti per il bagno e asciugamani sempre cambiati. Cibo davvero ottimo, anche se la linea è sempre uguale, ma ogni giorno ci sono variazioni sul tema (non ci sono serate a tema, giusto per esempio). Cosa strana sembrava che ci fosse più scelta a pranzo che cena. Piscine e ambienti in comune sempre puliti, e si c'è una corsa spasmodica per prendere una sedia! Intrattenimento buono (bella la serata con lo schiuma party). Bibite buone, con la formula del gettone. Solo si vero in alcune macchine il sapore dell' acqua non è il massimo. Si trova sempre parcheggio ed è tutto vicino. Negozi, spiaggia e quant' altro. Sicuramente come detto non è un albergo che colpisce subito, ma fa il suo. Personale gentile (salutiamo con affetto Ivan).”
