“Best hotel I've ever personally stayed at. They just understand how to treat a customer and go the extra mile. They is why I would 100% be back. 1. They include all content in bar fridge for free and they too it up each day with water, beer and a few drinks for kids! Who else does that?? No one! Amazing 2. Beautiful roof top pool with bar. Small but does the job with a beautiful infinity pool. 3. Amazing sunsets and sunrises seen from the top! 4. Really good top notch food in the restaurant that's great value for money. If you want more expensive food they have a second option for gourmet food. 5. Location - it's in a very family friendly part of BangKok which is great ig you want to skip the seedy parts of Bangkok. 6. Family Friendly! 7. Breakfast Buffett has so much to offer, you won't get sick of the options!”

“buen hotel moderno de la cadena media. ¿un servicio excelente. un desayuno también muy bueno. habitación, limpias y mucha cortesía y amabilidad. cómo por otro lado, es normal de la cadena media. nos dejamos algo de ropa en la habitación y se encargaron de enviarla por mensajero al siguiente hotel en el que nos hospedábamos. la piscina en el ruftop espectacular”

“1) Lage: nur 2 Minuten von der BTS Station On Nut entfernt, innerhalb von knapp 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Darüber hinaus an der BTS Station viele Streetfood Stände und Riesensupermarkt. 2) Hotel: super stylish, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Super Konzept mit Außen-Bar im 33. Stock, einem Rooftop-Pool mit Bar im 34. Stock. 3) Zimmer: wir hatten das Connection Zimmer, also 2 identische Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür. Sehr sauber, stylish eingerichtet, auch hier gut durchdacht. Laut meiner Frau das beste Bett in einem Urlaub. 4) Preis-Leistung: wegen der Lage, der Ausstattung und dem Gesamtbild zwar etwas hochpreisig, aber definitiv in Ordnung. Wenn Bangkok dann definitiv wieder dieses Hotel. 5 Sterne”

“Für 2 oder 3 Übernachtungen okay, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, nur das Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer ist eher unpraktisch. Der Skytrain ist direkt nebenan. Für Raucher, ist nur unten neben dem Hoteleingang gestattet.”

“We really enjoyed our time at INNSide as our first stop off the plane. Cake ensured our check in was seamless and Prom and Donut were incredibly attentive at the hotel’s pool bar. The piña coladas were delicious! The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall (where you can stack up on essentials) with a large night market and down the street from Little Zoo Capybara cafe. It’s a comfortable place to start your holidays in Thailand. Especially after a long haul flight!”

Śniadania są po prostu przepyszne, a basen jest absolutnie przecudowny. Nic nas tutaj nie rozczarowało i mieliśmy wszystko, czego w ogóle potrzebowaliśmy. Szczególne podziękowania dla wspaniałej, bardzo miłej i pomocnej dziewczyny z recepcji o imieniu Ying, która jest po prostu niesamowita. Na pewno będziemy tutaj zawsze wracać!””

“The pool view is amazing and the atmosphere is really nice. The staff at both the pool bar and the lobby were friendly and provided great service. However, whenever I asked for extra water (I requested 4 bottles), they always only brought 2. This happened consistently throughout my 4-day stay I never received the full amount requested. The location is great, the hotel is clean, and it’s quite lively with many guests staying.”

“Nous avons eu un avoir suite à un vol annulé à cause du conflit au moyen orient ; l’hôtel nous a proposé un avoir sans qu’on demande quoi que ce soit nous avons apprécié ! Car à la fin du séjour nous avons dû rester une journée de plus à Bangkok. La piscine est incroyable Le personnel adorable Les équipants sont modernes Merci”

“地點很好，在房間就可以看到捷運站和蓮花超市，坐bts和吃東西都很方便，蓮花超市不只是一個超市，裡頭還有許多商家，旁邊還有一個小夜市。飯店小而美，房間裡的裝置是精緻的，但是洗手檯座落在一個很奇怪的地方，淋浴間沒有地方可以放乾淨衣物和毛巾，這真的是個非常不方便的設計，頂樓的泳池有點小，只能泡水聊聊天了，但是高空景色是不錯的。我們沒有訂早餐，因為週圍都是店家，去斜對面一間賣早午餐的店吃早餐，價格不便宜，但真的好吃。”

“바로옆 온눗 지하철역과 마사지 작은 시장과 마트가 있어 밤에 맥주에 현지음식 먹기 좋아요.객실은 통창이지만 창문이 안열려 답답한 느낌 있어요. 34층 건물인데 엘레베이터 역대급 빠르고 옥상에 수영장 헬스장 바 식당들 호텔 내에 시간 보내기 괜찮아요. 조식 먹는곳은 자연광에 뷰도 좋아요.”

“ทีมงานทุกๆ คนในห้องอาหาร Luz มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ มีความรู้ความสามารถ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ ห้องอาหารวิวสวยอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอร่อยเหมาะสมกับราคา แต่เนื่องจากเป็นบาร์ธีมสเปน อาหารส่วนใหญ่จึงเป็นอาหารสไตล์สเปน ภาพรวมแล้วดีมากมากครับ”

“Since this is a 5-star hotel, expectations are naturally high, so here’s my honest review. PROS • Check-in was a breeze. Standard check-in is at 3 PM, but they allowed us to check in early at 1 PM, which we really appreciated. • Great location. It’s close to On Nut Station and Lotus Mall. We booked two rooms, and one had a great vantage point of the BTS station with an unobstructed view. • Nice amenities. The infinity pool and the breakfast buffet were both good. CONS • Unfortunately, the second room we booked faced a nearby residential building, which completely blocked the view. When we asked if we could switch to a room with a better view, we were told the only option was to upgrade to either a corner room or a townhouse room, or move to another floor which was inconvenient. While the staff were willing to assist, we felt that simply switching to another room on the same floor facing the station should have been possible, especially since we had already paid a premium. • The phone in one of our rooms wasn’t working. Thankfully, we had another room (we were traveling as a family) with a working phone. We reported the issue on the first day and were told a technician would be sent, but no one ever came, and the phone was still not working when we checked out. It honestly felt like it was there purely for aesthetic purposes. • The toilet didn’t quite meet 5-star standards. While it was clean, it was very small with little space to move around.”

“Po 3 tygodniach w Tajlandii wzięliśmy tutaj ostatnią noc w Bangkoku i to była najlepsza decyzja jaką mogliśmy podjąć. Prawdziwe 5*, świetny apartament, basen na dachu, dobre drinki w barze, obsługa bez zarzutu :)”
