“A strange hotel as the reception was the 32nd floor. The rooms are very good, comfortable and clean, but small. Despite this I enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was very good. I was surprised that they served my cereal from the UK Bran flakes! The coffee machines were very slow in serving coffee. The only improvement I would make.”

“Fantastisch hotel met fenomenale faciliteiten en super service van het personeel. Met name het zwembad en rooftopbar zijn een zeer welkome toevoeging, maar het hele hotel inclusief personeel, ontbijt, kamer, bed, douche is van een hoog niveau. Het enige minpuntje is de ligging aan een drukke straat waardoor je soms wat langer op een taxi/bolt/grab moet wachten. Van de straat hoor je overigens niks in de kamer.Als we weer naar Bangkok gaan komen we zeker terug!”

We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The views from the rooftop terrace were simply breathtaking — truly one of the highlights of our stay. Whether enjoying a drink at sunset or just taking in the skyline, the atmosphere was incredible. The restaurant and breakfast area also offered beautiful views, making every meal feel like a special occasion. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety of high-quality options, and every dish we tried was delicious. What really made the difference, however, was the service. The staff delivered top-level service at every interaction — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Bangkok while staying in a vibrant yet comfortable area. “The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. The service is excellent – the staff are helpful, polite, and very friendly. We were upgraded to a large and beautiful room, which we really appreciated. We also really like the location, with both a market and Lotus right next door. We are extremely satisfied with our stay, and next time we come back, this is definitely the hotel we want to stay at again.”

“Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Innside. Very friendly check in and given a lovely corner room. The rooms are quite trendy with a central sink in the room itself and a shower and toilet that are not in a separate bathroom area. Fine for singles and couples but wouldn’t want to be sharing with a friend. Lovely view over the city. Pool area is small but lovely, you need to either go early or be lucky to find someone going. Breakfast is amazing and plentiful with great views. Drinks are pricey by Bangkok standards but nicely served and again with lovely views. Really well located for the BTS Skytrain (On Nut station) and a really easy run into the old town for the temples etc.. Overall a great stay and I would book again in a heartbeat.”

“Hotel totalmente recomendable en Bangkok. El trato fue excepcional desde el primer momento. La habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia y muy bien equipada. La ubicación es buena y el personal es muy atento y amable. El chef Nacho hace un gran trabajo y cuida al detalle la calidad gastronómica del hotel. Siendo españoles, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a la apuesta de Meliá por la gastronomía española. Por supuesto, quedamos encantados con las instalaciones, especialmente con el rooftop y la piscina. Ofrece unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad y es un oasis de paz.”
