Having a private pool made all the difference with our young daughter - she loved it. The onsen was incredibly relaxing, and the kids club turned out to be the perfect playground for our little one. What really stood out was the staff - attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Jay, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. “We chose this hotel because we were worried about strong waves in early April 2026. We booked a Lush villa with a pool. There are also villas with access to the second floor, which is easy to climb up the long stairs if you're without children. I liked the hotel: the rooms, the food, the dishes, the furniture. The service from the concierge, Tate (a very attentive and pleasant woman, always available and doing everything to make our stay unforgettable), the buggy guys, and especially the driver, Paul (he told us how to get to the aquarium on the island, how to avoid overpaying for the boat ride, where to go to the beach, and was always happy to help). Everything was great, except for the beach. Personally, I like the open sea, without breakwaters restricting space, but children prefer still water. Another downside for us is that it takes 1 hour and 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. And 20-30 minutes to anywhere in the city. I'd also like to point out that Grab always has a promo code for 20% off travel to/from the hotel. выбрали отель так как переживали что в начале апреля 2026г. будут сильные волны. взяли виллу lush с бассейном. также есть виллы с доступом на 2 этаж, в принципе несложно если без детей подниматься по высокой лестнице. мне понравился отель: номера, питание, посуда, мебель. сервис от консьержа Tate (очень внимательная, приятная девушка, всегда была на связи и делала все чтобы наше пребывание было незабываемо), ребята с багги, особенно водитель Paul (рассказал как добраться до океанариума на островке, как не переплатить за проезд на лодке, куда поехать на пляж и всегда был рад помочь). все отлично , кроме пляжа. лично мне открытое море по душе, без ограничивающих пространоство волнорезов, но детям такая стоячая вода конечно больше по нраву. также минус для нас то , что на такси с аэропорта 1час15мин. и до любой точки города 20-30минут. при этом замечу в grab всегда есть промокод из/в отель 20%.”See more reviews

“프라이빗 전용 해변을 갖고 있고 2박 숙박하는 동안 멋진뷰를 선물해준 리조트 매니저분께 감사드립니다😊 남은 1박은 전용 풀장이 있는 곳으로 업그레이드 까지해서 즐겁고 여유롭게 리조트 이용했네요~~ 리조트 내에서 버기를 타고 편리하게 이동했었고 늘 마주칠때마다 반갑게 손 인사를 해준 직원분들 덕분에 친절함에 기분좋은 서비스를 받았습니다 마지막 체크아웃때는 먼저 다가와 상냥하게 저희 가족의 안부를 물어봐주고 빠른 체크아웃을 도와준 프론트 매니저 TATE 직원분께 한번 더 감사하다는 말씀 드리면서 시간이 지나도 다시 또한번 놀러갈 곳이다 라는 느낌 입니다 기분좋은 추억 받고 돌아가네요 고마워요😃😆”See more reviews
