“Great hotel with a good service such as we can expect for a 5 stars Melia. The room was clean and spacious on the 20th floor with a great view over the city. The room was really quiet for a perfect sleep quality. The pool side is nice but only a few sunbed. The quality of the breakfast was excellent also with a very large selection of food for all tastes. Location was nice, with a 20 minutes walk only to the Imperial City of Hue and 20 minutes drive from the Hué airport.”See more reviews

“Hue의 5성급 호텔 중 가장 현대적이고 훌륭한 호텔 중 1곳입니다. 직원들 모두 책임감 있며 친절하고 고객의 요구를 즉각적으로 해결해 주는 모습에 감명 받았어요. 비지니스 출장으로 이용해서 많은 서비스를 이용하지는 못했지만 너무 만족스러운 허텔입니다. 조식이 아주 깔끔하며 맛있었어요. 아쉬운 점 1. 5성급 호텔에 걸맞는 와이파이 서비스 속도를 개선하면 좋겠습니다. 2. 19층에서 휴대폰의 네트워크 수신감도가 좋지 않네요. * 베트남에서 개통한 Vinaphone 서비스인데 연결속도가 많이 아쉽네요. 이건 휴대폰 중계기 문제인데 vinpearl group 차원에서 충분히 개선 가능한 부분이라 생각됩니다. 3. 여성의 경우 화장을 하기 위한 공간, 거울의 위치, 조명이 조금 아쉽네요.”See more reviews

“Khách sạn có vị trí khá trung tâm. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoáng không bị ẩm. Riêng mỗi các dụng cụ như dao cạo râu và bàn ủi quần áo nên bổ sung sẵn trong phòng thay vì phải gọi điện mang lên, nhiều lúc người ta có sẵn thì dùng chứ gọi điện cũng ngại. Tôi đi khách sạn tầm cỡ như này ở các nước người ta luôn để sẵn, người ta sắm đồ phù hợp và an toàn không lo cháy nổ. Mình đóng góp ý kiến thật lòng để ks nghiên cứu bổ sung cho khách được hưởng sự tiện nghi cao hơn, xứng tầm 5 sao!”See more reviews

“Melia Vinpearl Huế là 1 Ks city hotel nhưng bài trí, hoạ tiết khá khác biệt với các Ks khác cùng thương hiệu. Rất ấn tượng với nội thất màu xanh navy. Tuy nhiên chỗ sảnh đón trả khách ngay mặt đường, diện tích nhỏ nên cảm thấy hơi bất tiện. Được cái gửi xe ở hầm vincom dài ngày có vé cố định, không phải xuống lễ tân xin vé mỗi lần lấy xe. Bể bơi 4 mùa trong nhà nước ấm vừa phải, có chia bể trẻ em. Nhân viên và quản lý lễ tân rất niềm mở nha.”See more reviews
