“渡假村的氛圍非常好，漂亮的泳池跟私人沙灘是最大的優勢 每個服務人員都非常親切，尤其我們入住The Level房型，下午茶跟早餐時段都有員工來關心我們住的如何，泳池邊和Kidsdom的員工也對小孩很友善，真的很感謝他們。 本次我們住的two bedroom 房型，是連通房很適合家庭 但淋浴間設計令人匪夷所思，沒有可以放置洗髮精跟沐浴乳的置物台，所以我只好都放地上，另外洗澡時因為淋浴間沒有門檻或防水條，洗澡的時候流到整間地板都是水，如果能想辦法改善就更好了。 雖然房間設施還是有些缺點，但由於服務態度很好，我們還是住的很開心，餐食都很好吃之外，還很推薦試試這裡的SPA療程哦👍🏻”See more reviews

En Nuestra habitación The Level con vistas al mar te podías dormir escuchando el sonido de las olas, la comida es exquisita y la atención y la hospitalidad fueron extraordinarias. La atención en general de todos los trabajadores es impecable: atentos, pendientes, cudiadados. Gracais a los trabajadores del restaurante SASA, por como nos han atendido. “Viajamos un grupo de 8 amigos y la experiencia fue simplemente espectacular. El hotel es precioso, con varias piscinas, acceso directo a una playa increíble y un ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar en grupo. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con buenas vistas. Lo mejor sin duda fue el trato del equipo: todo el personal fue extremadamente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Queremos hacer una mención especial al dirección del hotel Mrs. Lai Wah Wha Tun and Mr.Shim Doo Hyun, que estuvierom pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, marcando realmente la diferencia. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. Si buscas un lugar para relajarte, disfrutar con amigos y sentirte bien cuidado, este hotel es una apuesta segura. “日本語対応ナシとありましたが、フロントのHaiさんが丁寧な日本語で親切に対応してくださいました。 初めてのダナンだったので、オススメのお店等もご紹介頂けました。 他の方は、日本語対応できなくても、翻訳アプリでの対応をしてくださります。 ベトナム語が分からなくても、英語対応もしてくださるので安心して過ごせると思います。 立地としては、中心部より離れているので、移動に多少時間がかかりますが、宿泊客もマナーのよい方が多く快適に過ごせました。”See more reviews
