“Veldig god service og nydelig område. Fikk lov til å sjekke inn tidlig ved ankomst. God mat og drikke! Vi gikk tur på stranden i begge retninger og jeg vil påstå å si at stranden til Melia er en av de reneste og fineste i forholde til nærliggende resorter. Vi var veldig fornøyd med rommet men savnet gjerne noe skapplass til klær. Litt vell lytt mellom rommene og ut i gangen. Alt i alt veldig fornøyde med 9 netter her!”See more reviews

“유아를 동반한 여행이었기 때문에 걱정이 많았는데,멜리아 다낭 비치 리조트 선택은 정말 후회 없는 선택이었습니다. 기대 이상으로 만족한 여행이 된것은 리조트 선택을 잘 했기 때문이라 생각해요. 체크인 시간보다 이르게 도착해서 낭비 될 뻔한 귀한 시간을 친절하고 센스있는 직원 yunji님을 만나 리조트 투어도하고 키즈클럽도 이용하여 알차게 보낼수 있었습니다. 또한 언어가 많이 부족한 우리가 3박동안 불편한 점 없고 막힘이 없이 행복한 시간으로 채울수 있도록 항상 신경써 주셔서 감사했습니다. 마주칠때마다 친절히 응대해주시고, 아이를 동반한 점에 있어 세심히 살펴 도움을 주셨고,룸 컨디션과 청결까지 신경써 주셨어요. 이곳을 통해 너무 행복했고 감사했다고 전하고 싶습니다. 리조트 객실도 너무 쾌적했고, 모든 직원들이 친절해요. 수영장은 정말 지상 낙원이었습니다.”See more reviews

“다낭에서 머무는 동안 정말 기분 좋은 경험을 하게 해준 직원분들께 감사한 마음으로 리뷰를 남깁니다. 먼저 리셉션의 Phi Hung Hoang Ngo 직원분께 정말 감사드립니다. 여행 막바지 일정이 애매해서 late check-out이 가능할지 조심스럽게 문의드렸는데, 매우 친절하고 차분하게 응대해 주셨고 제가 편하게 머무를 수 있도록 세심하게 도와주셨습니다. 단순히 요청을 처리하는 느낌이 아니라, 투숙객이 마지막까지 좋은 기억을 가지고 떠날 수 있게 배려해 주신다는 인상을 받았습니다. 덕분에 마지막 날까지 훨씬 여유롭고 편안하게 일정을 정리할 수 있었고, 호텔에 대한 만족도가 더 높아졌습니다. 그리고 조식 뷔페 쪽의 한국인 매니저 윤지님께도 꼭 감사하다는 말씀을 드리고 싶습니다. 매일 아침 마주칠 때마다 먼저 밝게 인사해 주시고, 컨디션은 어떤지, 불편한 점은 없는지 기분 좋게 물어봐 주셔서 하루를 정말 좋은 기분으로 시작할 수 있었습니다. 이런 따뜻한 관심은 단순한 서비스 이상의 감동으로 남는 것 같습니다. 특히 낯선 여행지에서는 작은 친절 하나가 훨씬 크게 느껴지는데, 윤지님 덕분에 아침 시간마다 편안하고 반갑고, 마치 잘 챙김받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 호텔 시설이나 분위기도 중요하지만, 결국 다시 오고 싶게 만드는 건 사람이라고 생각합니다. 이번 숙박에서 그 부분을 가장 크게 느꼈고, Phi Hung Hoang Ngo 님과 윤지님 덕분에 이곳에서의 시간이 더 특별해졌습니다. 두 분 모두 전문적이면서도 따뜻했고, 진심이 느껴지는 응대로 좋은 추억을 만들어 주셨습니다. 다음에 다낭에 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 곳입니다. 두 분께 다시 한번 진심으로 감사드립니다. 다만 마사지크레딧이 있다고 했는데 가보니 없다네요 그부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 마사지 가격이 밖으로 그랩타고나가는 왕복비용보다 비싸고 체험을 해볼 수 없으니 도전못하였네요. 아 그리고 풀장이나 비치에서 와이파이 연결이안되면 바메뉴 주문이 안되서 직접가서 주문해야해서 불편했고 디파짓이 없으면 실물카그가 있어야 된다니 조금 불편했습니다”See more reviews
