“No pudimos elegir mejor hotel para nuestra primera visita a Londres, la ubicación es ideaaal, no estás dentro de todo el ruido turístico pero si tienes una estación de metro en la esquina, súper accesible moverte. “I really enjoyed my stay - really well appointed with guests clearly in mind (so refreshing to have an easy to use shower with controls positioned so you're not instantly soaked in freezing water when you turn it on), tastefully decorated throughout and really excellent staff. Special mention for the young fellow who showed me to my room (I'm afraid his name escapes me - he's an Arsenal fan if that narrows it down). So overall, excellent and I will definitely stay again. Sole reason for only giving 4 stars instead of a full house was being asked to pay an extra 5% "service charge for the room" on checking out. Please stop doing this. I know you're not alone, and I know it's discretionary, but it feels completely wrong to ask for more money for something that you've already paid for. But overall, a great experience.”See more reviews
