We just got back from staying at this wonderful hotel. The location, staff and hotel itself is very clean. The staff are very friendly and always there if needed anything. The staff at the reception are very helpful too if need any information on how to get to places. There were some days when we wanted vegetarian soup and they prepared for my family. At night they would also provide milk for my child and didnt charge. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting puerto de la cruz. Please ignore the negative reviews and would recommend your stay here. A big thank you to all the staff & management of the hotel. Will surely return to stay at the same place. Excellent! Estuvimos en este hotel en marzo y no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento hacia todo el personal por su atención, simpatía y servicio ofrecido. Queremos agradecer la atención a la directora por el spa vip. La habitación perfecta, tanto en limpieza como en detalles. El buffet maravilloso, con variedad de carnes, pescados e incluso mariscos algún día. Especial mención a Alicia e Ylenia, las camareras de piso de la planta quinta, dos encantos de chicas muy serviciales y atentas. También mencionar a Kenyorith, Felipe y Sara recepcionistas que nos informaron con todo detalle sobre la isla y sus encantos a visitar. Gracias de todo corazón por hacer de nuestra estancia, una experiencia inolvidable aún cuando el mal tiempo y las borrascas lo impedían. Lovely hotel - clean, well equipped, beautiful, good location. The pool was really nice & you could get food & drinks poolside. Entertainment on in the lobby of the hotel of an evening which was always pleasant. Breakfast was lovely. Loved getting a massage in the spa. Reception staff were so helpful. Room was nice. Would definitely recommend and go back.
