“Hemos pasado 5 días espectaculares en el red level, quisiera agradecer al equipo de F&B al completo, pero en especial a Saúl, Lorenzo, Airam y al responsable del Bar Nemo en cada uno de los restaurantes y bares nos hemos sentido especiales. Volveremos”

“The hotel’s location is unbeatable: the sea, the pleasant temperature, and the proximity to all amenities create a true sense of relaxation. This is perfectly complemented by the outstanding facilities: spacious corridors, lifts and staircases, magnificent rooms with excellent bathrooms, parking, swimming pools, gardens, the “Mar de Nubes”, and a carefully chosen palette of soft colours that gives the entire hotel an atmosphere of complete tranquillity. Another aspect we greatly appreciated was the presence of a Catholic church just a stone’s throw from the hotel. This was particularly important to us, as it meant we were also able to feel spiritually cared for during our stay. In addition, it is clear that there is thoughtful leadership and a dedicated team behind everything, ensuring that every detail is maintained to the highest standard. At least for us, the experience was simply ideal. Without a doubt, one of the hotel’s greatest strengths is the kindness of the staff, especially the Red Level and Red Level for Families team. We would particularly like to mention Naomi, Andrea, Rosana, Claudia, Fabiola, Lupe, Roberta, and many others whose names we unfortunately cannot recall, for their constant willingness to help and their exceptional service throughout our stay. Another major highlight for us was how well the hotel caters to all types of guests. We travelled as a family of two adults and one baby, and throughout our stay we felt we had our own safe and comfortable space, while other guests clearly enjoyed theirs as well. We were able to enjoy both the children’s area and a couple of relaxing hours in the adults-only area while our daughter attended the Kids Club, where Maya and Paula were both delightful and highly professional. In summary, we achieved exactly what we had hoped for: a truly restful family holiday. Each of us was able to enjoy our favourite part of the hotel, while also sharing the experience together in a calm atmosphere and feeling wonderfully cared for in a magnificent hotel that clearly reflects the exceptional team behind it.”

“I think that 10 stars would not be enough to say thank you to them and their amazing staff. We have stayed at 2 other Meliá hotels before but this is by far the best run, the most luxurious and has the best staff. We stayed initially in 3124, we came as a group of 11 on the redlevel access - well worth the extra, our son had one of the villas and the staff all knew wherever we went and we were accommodated without fuss. We had a party in our room to celebrate a special event they were amazing and helped make it a memorable occasion. Unfortunately I acquired a serious chest injury the next day on a water ride but being a man shrugged it off and carried on for a few days in pain but carried on. I saw a consultant surgeon in a private hospital 3 days later who told me what I wanted to hear and gave me a fit to fly certificate. The redlevel team Claudia, Rosanna were amazing in the time and effort they put in to help me get this appointment fixed. 2 days later cleaner walks in to our room and didn't like the look of me so called her supervisor despite me telling her I'm fine. Her supervisor then called guest services. They gently then more firmly suggested I needed to see a doctor. I'm not sure what happened but I think between the hotel and my wife they forced me to get a second opinion. I reluctantly agreed. The CT scan showed that had I got on the plane as certified to do, I would have died within minutes as I had 2 broken ribs and the sharp ends were sitting like scalpel blades waiting to collapse my lung. Thankfully the 3rd rib was a snapped clean break. Not only that but there was blood in my lung as well and thankfully it was ok but my heart had also taken a blow from the impact. I was dumbstruck that the injuries were quite so severe and thought wow Maximus.... (Look on my Wife's face punctured my Maximus pretty quickly). Even though we are now having to stay on to recover the redlevel team have been amazing and somehow out of the thousands of guests they find me every day to ask how I am. I will be forever grateful and am extremely impressed by how you run such a good ship, so my compliments to the senior management team and all of you who have looked after us so well. The hotel itself - out of all the hundreds of 5 star hotels I've reviewed probably the best so far. Rooms are decent, clean, I've had a big problem with the rain showers though. Once you get in you do not want to get out as they are Soooo amazing 😍 😍 😍 We have loved the Italian restaurant and Oasis. The Oasis bar is just as the name suggests heaven sent and they can make you anything your heart desires. With the best cocktail makers you don't need to pick from a menu just tell them what you like and they will make something amazing and blow you away each time. Buffet is very impressive, I'm a big fan of the fresh fish. For the first time ever I have not seen evidence of recycling food, none of our party was at all unwell from tummy upsets etc. All food is excellent quality. Loved the ice creams. Grounds are beautiful, for obvious reasons I didn't get in to the pools family did and some are heated others are not. Gym probably could do with a couple more running machines as these are popular and at peak times you will not get one, at some stage they will expand this section I'm sure. I heard the spa was good but didn't use my included session so can't comment from my own experience. Loved the jewellery and soap making classes I attended, this is something I've not seen before and never thought I would do but learned a lot. Entertainment, flamenco was good and they had a couple of good singing acts, it's not quite high season and a bit cool outdoors in the evening so I think these will ramp up next month. The acts are mostly outside performers rather than the in house team that some of the bigger hotels in Antalya or Cartibean have. Overall our experience was incredible and in late April early May weather ok (but bring a jumper) occupancy perfect staffing levels spot on. If we came back to Tenerife, it would be here.”
