Maria the photographer, what a great professional and charming woman! I could name so many of the waiters. They were all very professional and attentive. The service was incredible.”

“We stayed here for 9 days and really enjoyed every day. The hotel itself is beautiful and very big and has a view directly to the ocean and to La Palma. There is access to the ocean and the black sand, which was much loved by us. But the hotel's pools are also very nice - especially the kids' pool with the pirate ship. We got bored by the breakfast by the end, but besides that the food they serve is nice. They pay attention to have a big selection and change the dinner menu every day in the all you can eat restaurant. Although they are a bit pricey, I tried 2 spa treatments, a facial and a body, and I very much enjoyed them both. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.”

“I came here on my first ever solo holiday and I could not have picked a better resort, every single staff member was lovely. Especially the waiter around the adults only pool (I didn't catch his name but he has a long pointy beard, can't miss him) but he was brilliant! I never had to ask for a drink, he learnt my order on day one and would just thumbs up if I wanted another, I can definitely say that is top tier service; and Mohamed from the restaurants was amazing, always friendly, always made sure I had a nice table to sit at and overall gave some of the best service I have seen (including better than many Michelin star restaurants I have eaten in). My room was impeccably clean from the start and was lovely and clean when I got back to it every day, fresh towels, bed made and restocked mini bar. The pools and views are stunning, the Nemos bar makes the nicest Ameretto Sour I have ever had, the food was amazing from all the restaurants I went to, the front desk staff were amazing from the moment I stepped through the door and the restaurant booking ladies who helped me find a nice reservation every night were amazing. Every single staff member you walk past or see will say hello and smile... it really does make a difference, especially being solo, it makes it a lot more friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed about was every time I tried to book Nami (the asian restaurant) it was fully booked, even when I got to the desk at 10.30 on the dot 2 days before which is when they open for reservations, I'm assuming anyone who had Red Level snapped up the reservations first which I understand, but it would've been nice to try it at least 1 night out of the 6 I stayed.”

“Enjoyed our 4 nights at the hotel. I found our room to be very nice. The room was very large and had plenty of drawers and wardrobes to unpack, as well as a large luggage bench as well as chaise at the foot of the bed. I appreciated the dining table and chairs in the room - with the pool & ocean view - as it was very comfortable to work from. Also the outdoor patio with loveseat and coffee table was comfortable to enjoy the view and fresh air without leaving the room. I do think that the bed and bedding could be upgraded as it wasn't quite as comfortable as it should be. They could also remove the poorly placed bathroom phones as I kept bumping into it and knocking it off the wall. The grounds of the property were very nice and the ocean view is beautiful. It was just a short walk to the water and black sand beach. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had a large selection, though was not a standout. We didn't do the all-inclusive package and had no problem being seated at the Italian restaurant without a reservation. We enjoyed quick afternoon bites at Agave, but other than that ended up going off property for dinner. There are a few well priced and tasty restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. If you rent an electric vehicle while in Tenerife, they have on-site EV parking which was a plus for us. It's worth noting that this is a very family friendly resort, which is great if that's whatyou're looking for. They offer an adults only section but it's considerably more than the standard rate. We would have preferred not to be surrounded by young children but all and all it wasn't problematic.”

“We are on the last day of our holiday, what a lovely time we have had. I would like to shout out a big Thank You to pool concierge Franco, what a wonderful guy always smiling and very helpful and his amazing beard, he is a member of staff to be very proud of, also a shout out to Verconica the lovely lady on the omelette station, who kept her cool and professional manners when dealing with some in my mind rude guests, again another member of your staff to be very proud of. The only downside I have is you don't have a section of rooms other than the red level for adults only, not good to be woken by screaming children, and them running up and down the room above, other than that a plesent stay and wonderful staff, but unfortunately would not be back due to amount of children and lack of adult only spaces.”
