“So far, this has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Everything about Zel Mallorca felt special — from the beautiful design and perfect amenities to the warm atmosphere the team creates. A special thank you to Sol, who made our check-in experience absolutely perfect from the very first moment, and to Marina Jimenez, who went above and beyond to help us during check-out with such kindness and professionalism. Both of them genuinely made us feel welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout our stay. Staff like them are rare and deserve real recognition. Every day, the team provided fresh water for my dog and kept our beautiful room spotless. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The breakfast was top-notch, with an incredible view of the beach. We also loved the concept of having no traditional reception desk while still always having friendly staff nearby, ready to help with a genuine smile. Tip for future guests: if you are planning to rent a car, keep in mind that parking is available for a fee, so it’s better to be prepared in advance. My wife, my dog, and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we will absolutely be coming back again hopefully very soon.”See more reviews

“The hotel is very well presented with well thought out decor. Location is perfect in the centre of Palmanova and right on the beach, but smaller details let it down for the price point. The self checkin on arrival doesn’t feel very premium. When you’re switching off on holiday you don’t then want to scan a QR code and add in all of your own details and passport numbers etc for 15 mins whilst 4 staff members stand and chat and wait for you. The TV in the room is very old and doesn’t have basic smart functions like screen mirror for when the weather is bad/ rainy. The shampoo and conditioner although in nice bottles was awful, I had to go to the shop and buy some to re wash my hair. It felt like I’d washed my hair with hand wash and moisturiser. The pool area being open to the public takes away the premium feel after paying so much to stay there. It was also not heated and absolutely freezing. Breakfast was ok, there was a good variety of options and plenty of staff. It was well presented again but would be good if the pancakes were under a head lamp instead of being served cold. Aside from that, the hotel and pool area really is beautiful, the small spa area was nice, there was a lovely Pilates studio and staff were polite, but it would be great for the price point if the services matched the decor.”See more reviews

“Wir waren für fünf Tage im Hotel ZEL in Palmanova – auf Empfehlung eines Mitarbeiters – und können nur sagen: Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt! ⭐️ Das Hotel ist wunderschön ausgestattet und überzeugt mit einem sehr stilvollen, modernen und gleichzeitig entspannten „fancy“ Ambiente. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und Wünsche unkompliziert erfüllt – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. 😊 Auch das Restaurant am Abend hat uns begeistert: Die Qualität der Speisen aus der À-la-carte-Auswahl war sehr hoch und der Service außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und professionell – ein Niveau, das man in einem Hotelrestaurant so nicht selbstverständlich erwarten kann. Ein großes Kompliment an Küche und Service für diese starke Leistung! 🍽️✨ Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Direkt am Strand gelegen, mit gepflegter Umgebung und einer sehr schönen Promenade unmittelbar vor der Tür.
