Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und Wünsche unkompliziert erfüllt – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. 😊 Auch das Restaurant am Abend hat uns begeistert: Die Qualität der Speisen aus der À-la-carte-Auswahl war sehr hoch und der Service außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und professionell – ein Niveau, das man in einem Hotelrestaurant so nicht selbstverständlich erwarten kann. “Der Aufenthalt begann leider ziemlich chaotisch. Bei der Ankunft hiess es zuerst, dass kein Zimmer frei sei. Danach wurde mir gesagt, ich würde eine E-Mail erhalten, die jedoch nie angekommen ist. Ich habe meine Koffer im Voraus abgegeben, aber später konnten sie diese nicht mehr direkt zuordnen und es wurden zusätzliche Angaben verlangt. Schlussendlich musste ich mein Gepäck selbst aufs Zimmer bringen. Das hat mich etwas überrascht, da ich von Hotels wie Meliá Hotels International eigentlich einen anderen Service gewohnt bin. Vor allem, weil ich gesehen habe, dass bei anderen Gästen die Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht wurden. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, was ich positiv hervorheben möchte. Allerdings war es recht hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche von draussen deutlich wahrnehmen konnte. Im Zimmer haben einige Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, die ich in dieser Kategorie erwartet hätte, wie Slipper, ein Bademantel oder ein kleines Pflege-Set (z. B. Ohrstäbchen etc.). Der Poolbereich war sehr schön gestaltet und grundsätzlich angenehm. Allerdings wäre es gut, wenn der Boden morgens oder abends regelmässig gereinigt würde, da oft viel Sand herumlag. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna hingegen waren wirklich sehr schön und haben den Aufenthalt aufgewertet. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt solide, mit einigen Schwächen im Service und in den Details, die man mit relativ wenig Aufwand verbessern könnte.”

“The hotel was quite okay overall. It’s a bit dated, which is noticeable in the hallways and the thin walls. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet is the absolute highlight of the hotel. It offers a huge selection, and there’s something for everyone, from juices and muesli to various fruits, cheeses, meats and more. We had lunch at the hotel upon arrival and it was excellent. The kitchen and service are outstanding. There are two negative points that would prevent us from booking this hotel again: First, the shower does not work properly. The water pressure is very weak and if someone uses the toilet or washes their hands in the sink, the pressure drops even further and only very hot water comes out. This makes showering neither easy nor pleasant. Secondly, we were disappointed during check-out. We still had an outstanding balance to pay, which we settled. After that, the staff member simply turned away and attended to other guests checking out. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing. We weren’t asked about our satisfaction or how our stay was. That felt quite impolite. Aside from that, however, all the other staff were extremely friendly.”See more reviews

“We had the most amazing trip to Zel!! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and attentiveness that it immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that make it hard to ever want to leave. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. The experience staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Manuel and Marta, in particular, made such a lasting impression on us. They were incredibly accommodating, always checking in at the right moments, and handled any request or concern with efficiency and professionalism. They even went out of their way to give us recommendations outside the hotel with thoughtful details down to where to park, which just shows how much they truly care about their guests overall experience. Whether you are traveling with friends, family, or even taking a solo trip, I would 1000% recommend staying here! I cannot wait to come back!!”See more reviews

“Der Aufenthalt im ZEL Mallorca war traumhaft in jeder Hinsicht: wunderbares Zimmer (ZEL Suite mit Balkon und Aussicht auf das Meer), grandioses Frühstück bis um 11 Uhr, ausgesprochen nettes Personal (Marina ist die Beste: freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert - so lieb !!).
