“Before I go into details: overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would come back. However there were a few irritations during our stay which are not a standard for this category of hotels. 1. Recepetion: we had a few topics to clearify at check-in and staff was compliant but the whole process was extremely slow. Endless doublechecks on computer and backoffice and a lot of bureacracy. Worst part was when a staff member answered the phone during our procedure to talk patiently about random thimgs while two other people were sitting in the backoffice not helping out. After hanging up his call, the receptionist forgot which language we were talking to him. 2. Restaurant: while everything at the hotel looks very neat, designed and well mainatined, the buffet restaurant itself is not a pleasent place. From dying indoor plants to questionable art (somewhat disgusted faces photographies), it looked sad and careless. Same as the food which was far behind other creative buffet presentations. Very few veggie options, huge chunks of fruits and vegetables (eg tomatoes coming in quarters). Lots of repeating dinners. My take: the outside area including the pool is beautiful and spotless, very detailled. Rooms are exactly how they need to be and cleaning staff was amazing. All of this made our stay very enjoyable and are somehow in big contrast to our hospitality and dinner experience.”

“Just back from a 10 day holiday in this beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly but the housekeeping staff are amazing! Kids club is great & run very well. We did bed & breakfast, lovely variety of food & something for everyone. We had a mountain view room which was lovely, peaceful & in my opinion better than a pool view. Perfect location with plenty bars, restaurants & shops all around. This hotel is stunning and we would definitely come back.”

“Just returned from a 10 day holiday & it was fantastic. The staff are lovely & great with the kids. The cleaner's around the hotel are amazing & friendly. We stayed bed & breakfast, there was plenty of choice everyday with a good selection. Kids club was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful with a calming feel. Perfect location with plenty of places nearby to eat & drink. The only criticism I have is, put a little unit in the bathroom to put clothes on ect as I we had to always get dressed in the shared bedroom/living room in front of the kids. Our balcony faced the mountains & it was perfect. We will return to this beautiful place.”

“Very nice hotel has unique climate. Clean rooms, nice serive etc. One huge problem balcony which is not muted and you hear all parties, noises, screamings from the Street...there is not much difference when its close. For 4 stars hotel which should care of peace and calm of guests it is disapointed.”

“L'hôtel soigne les petits détails qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien, avec la grande piscine, le buffet du matin et du soir, tout le monde est servi, famille, sportif et couple, peut être un peu "bruyant" pour les bagpackers. La chambre vue sur la piscine et le soleil du matin est équipé d'un grand balcon et 2 transat, on a adoré le micro-onde car bien utile. Le ménage est correct mais quelques petits "oublis" d'où l'étoile en moins. Beaucoup de places extérieures pour se garer ce qui est appréciable”
