L'hôtel est en face de la corniche à 25 mn à pied de la vielle ville. Il y a des bus en face de l'hôtel. Le hall de l'hôtel est classe. Pour les chambres il y a un beau balcon, mais le lit est en 1.40 on avait demandé de préférence des lits jumeaux. Le matelas est extrêmement dur. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel extrêmement bien situé face à la marina. De plus pas trop loin du Centre de Palma à environ 2 kms. Personnel sympatique er très serviable. Our stay was fantastic! I have multiple food allergies and sensitivities (including gluten), so we had opted to have both the hotel breakfast & dinner. We were able to get gluten free (and corn free) bread at the nearby Veritas. Otherwise, the kitchen staff were phenomenal. They kept track of what I could and couldn't have and could advise at each meal. It made our trip so much more special that we got to eat really well prepared and safe food. The room was lovely, and we had a great time overall! The hotel is in a great spot for walking and short hikes to the castle and city. We'd definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with my stay. The check-in process took far too long — almost 50 minutes to an hour. The bed was of poor quality, mounted on a noisy metal frame that moved a lot. The window did not provide proper sound insulation, so there was significant noise from the main street. The walls are also very thin; my neighbors were loud and making noise around 1 AM and again at 5 AM. The bathroom needs considerable improvement. The ceiling was covered with mold and the ventilation fan was not working, so steam and condensation were not properly removed. The towels were old and even had holes. On the positive side, the central lobby is very beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent — varied, tasty, and served in a location with a great sea view.
