“Casa de las Artes is a fabulous hotel that is a gorgeous art gallery itself. The library is beautiful and was a nice place to relax during the day as we arrived early and had to wait for our room. We stayed for 2 nights and had not been to Spain before so this was our first stop. We couldn't have picked a better place primarily due to the Guest Experience Staff, who went above and beyond day and night to make sure our every need was met. Nerea and her partner (who I am sorry to say I cannot remember her name) were both so kind and helped us many times to get anywhere we needed in the city or assisted with anything we needed in the hotel. Nerea even fixed a dinner reservation for us at Botin and also gave me a toy for our westie dog! The restaurant was stunning and we had a number of excellent experiences with staff from there as well. The breakfast included each morning was so fresh and delicious. We put this on the very top of the list for hotel experiences and hope to come back again soon! Thank you for everything!”See more reviews
