Meliá La Palma

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub im Meliá La Palma. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service – auf all unsere Wünsche wurde stets sofort, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend reagiert. Das von uns gebuchte Upgrade zu "The Level" hat sich absolut gelohnt: Die inkludierten Extras haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Sehr positiv fanden wir den separaten Frühstücksbereich mit aufmerksamem Tischservice und einer À-la-carte-Auswahl, ergänzt durch ein umfangreiches Buffet. Auch die exklusive Lounge mit Snacks und Getränken tagsüber war ein echtes Highlight. Die Anlage verfügt über zwei Pools – wir haben den größeren genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Rand von Puerto Naos hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen: Ein kleiner, hübscher und bewachter Strand ist schnell erreichbar und lädt zum Baden im Atlantik ein. Im Ort findet man zudem alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, was wir für La Palma sehr empfehlen können. Zwar bietet das Hotel kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, allerdings gibt es in der Nähe (ca. 450 Meter entfernt) einen großen, kostenlosen Schotterparkplatz, von dem aus der Hintereingang des Hotels bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Zur Anreise und Abreise konnten wir jeweils zum Beladen des Autos auf den Hof fahren, das war kein Problem. Insgesamt waren wir wirklich sehr glücklich mit unserem Urlaub und bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit.”

“Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia en Meliá La Palma. Nos vamos muy agradecidos y con un recuerdo precioso de estos días. Una de las cosas que más nos ha gustado del hotel ha sido la tranquilidad. El ambiente es calmado, agradable y silencioso, perfecto para descansar de verdad. En todo momento hemos tenido esa sensación de paz que tanto se agradece cuando viajas para desconectar. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación The Level, muy cómoda, cuidada y siempre impecable. La limpieza ha sido excelente durante toda la estancia. Además, como clientes Platinum, hemos recibido detalles diarios en la habitación, todos preparados con mucho gusto. También nos emocionó mucho el detalle que tuvieron el último día al saber que estábamos de luna de miel: un regalo pintado por un artista canario. Fue un gesto precioso y muy especial. En cuanto a la gastronomía, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena en general. Estuvimos con todo incluido y The Level, y tanto los desayunos como las cenas nos parecieron muy completos. El desayuno de The Level en Cape Nao nos encantó: tranquilo, variado, rico y con una atención estupenda. Las cenas también han estado muy bien. Cada noche había una temática diferente, además de muchas otras opciones, y nos pareció que había mucha variedad, buena calidad y una temperatura correcta en la comida. También cenamos una noche en el restaurante mexicano La Hacienda y salimos encantados: todo estaba muy rico y el trato fue espectacular. Como pequeño punto a mejorar, quizá el almuerzo nos pareció algo más sencillo que el resto de la oferta gastronómica. También es verdad que en los turnos en los que íbamos había bastante menos movimiento en el salón, así que entendemos que la ocupación y la temporada pueden influir. Aun así, creemos que sería un detalle a cuidar un poco más en variedad, temperatura y presentación, para que esté al mismo nivel que los desayunos y las cenas. La piscina nos gustó mucho también. Está climatizada, algo que se agradece, y pudimos bañarnos incluso algunos días con viento. Además, había bastantes zonas de hamacas y espacios tranquilos para descansar. Por la noche, los espectáculos fueron agradables y entretenidos, con alguno que nos gustó especialmente. Nos pareció una forma bonita de cerrar el día sin romper el ambiente relajado del hotel. Pero sin duda, lo que más queremos destacar es el trato del personal. Ha sido excelente en todo momento. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Belén, supervisora de The Level Lounge. Su atención ha sido maravillosa: cercana, amable, siempre con una sonrisa y pendiente de cada detalle. Nos llamaba por nuestro nombre, recordaba nuestra habitación y hacía que todo se sintiera muy personalizado. Además, como creadora de contenido de yoga, le comenté si habría alguna zona tranquila del hotel donde poder grabar, y desde el primer momento me lo puso muy fácil. Incluso al día siguiente se preocuparon por preguntarme si había podido hacerlo bien. Son detalles que parecen pequeños, pero que hacen que te sientas cuidada, escuchada y acompañada. Una profesional de diez. También queremos agradecer el trato de Nerea, en The Level, siempre atenta, agradable y pendiente. Cada vez que pasábamos nos saludaba con una sonrisa y nos preguntaba cómo estábamos o si necesitábamos algo. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así. “Hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa en Meliá La Palma y nos vamos con una sensación muy bonita de agradecimiento. Lo primero que destacaríamos es la tranquilidad del hotel. Nos ha sorprendido muchísimo lo calmado que es todo: nada de ruido, un ambiente muy relajado y una sensación de paz constante. Para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar de la isla, nos ha parecido un lugar ideal. Nos alojamos en una habitación The Level, que estuvo muy bien: cómoda, limpia y cuidada. El servicio de limpieza ha sido excelente durante toda la estancia. Además, somos clientes Platinum y hemos recibido atenciones diarias en la habitación, todas con mucho gusto. Al saber que estábamos de luna de miel, tuvieron también un detalle precioso el último día: un regalo pintado por un artista canario. Nos pareció un gesto muy especial y muy cuidado. También cenamos una noche en el restaurante mexicano La Hacienda y la experiencia fue muy positiva: todo estaba muy rico y la atención fue espectacular. Por poner un pequeño punto de mejora, quizá el servicio de almuerzo nos pareció algo más limitado en comparación con el resto de la oferta gastronómica del hotel. También es verdad que en los turnos en los que íbamos nosotros, a una hora que normalmente suele ser bastante concurrida, apenas habría unas 10 personas en el salón, así que entendemos que la ocupación y el momento de la temporada pueden influir.
