Servicio y amabilidad del personal: Sin duda es lo mejor del hotel y se merecen 5 estrellas. La atención de Belén en la recepción en The Level es de 10. Amable, cercana, profesional. Hizo que nuestro viaje empezará y terminará con una sonrisa. El único inconveniente que tuvimos con la habitación lo resolvió al instante con la mayor de las eficacia. Merece también destacar la atención de sus camareros, destacando el servicio: Riqui, Raquel, Fátima y Karla. No recuerdo el nbre de la mujer que revisaba nuestra habitación cada tarde, pero era encantadora. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Sobre un acantilado, con unas vistas al océano impresionantes y al lado de una de las mejores playas de la isla. La habitación también un 10. La elegimos con vistas al mar y no decepcionó.
